Unit 355-2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Bay Side Standard Condominium

This second floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, this two bedroom unit sleeps a maximum of 4 people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king bed with a 32" flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a 2 twin beds with a 32" flat screen TV. Also, there is a sofa bed in the living room with a 50" flat screen TV. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. The beautiful open-plan kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has tile throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

Palm Bay stay

Me an my wife stayed here for a little alone time and were impressed with the proximity to both the beach and bay. It exceeded our expectations. Would stay here again.

Location, location, location

This is our second year in a row renting this condo. The location is awesome, and Palm Bay security and office staff were great. Everyone so friendly and accommodating. Would be perfect if condo had washer and dryer. Will be back!

Reviewer Comments: Our unit was clean, well stocked & the location good.Beach lounge chairs and towels a definite plus.On arrival Jandre (sp?) was so pleasant & helpful. He was security.Biggest problem: TV in master. Multiple visits from maintenance & finally Frontier installing new modem.Room needs TWO remotes...2nd remote never provided.Fortunately good weather, so TV less important than if it had rained or been cold.

The photos and description indicated the guest room had a queen bed. Upon arrival it had 2 twin beds. Also the shower in that room was little more than a trickle.

Good location, Short walk to private beach, 2 great pools, short shuttle to downtown

Great Weather, great location, and everyone was helpful from checking in to checkout. Security seemed to keep noise from spring breakers down to a minimal. Place was clean and amenities were great. Only recomendation is for a better bed in guest room. It was like sleeping on the floor.

Comfortable stay

Firstly check in is at 4pm not 3 as it says on VRBO You can also quickly tell that this apartment is maintained by the Palm Bay Club and not an individual ( as are all the apartments I believe ) The apartment is very well decorated and the beds comfy but some basics are lacking. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans but there was no scrubber to clean them with or paper towels. No salt and pepper for example if you wished to cook. And another example ,only one dishwasher tab provided but the expectation that you would of course run the dishwasher on departure means that you need to buy more, not a huge issue but it’s the little details. The owner has done a great job and the facilities are great, there is easy easy access to the beach and you are a short walk / trolley ride from restaurants . The company managing could do a better job .

The Palm Bay Club Holiday

The space is exactly as pictured and described. It is tastefully appointed and all essential needs met EXCEPT Television options. Beach and pool access was easy and bay side gave us a surprise viewing of dolphin play. VERY satisfied!!!

Nice Florida getaway

We had a great stay in Siesta Key! The property was nice with heated pool in close proximity to most things, a short ride away from the Village. The floors and bathrooms were a little dirty but the space in the condo was nice.

Beach Vacation
