Completely Renovated 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Condo - Amazing views of #1 Beach from Open Patio!!-Unit 94 | This completely renovated one bedroom one bathroom condo is located on the ninth floor of our Grande Tower Building. The views of the Gulf of Mexico from this condominium are perfect for watching evening sunsets! Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf’s warm waters. The unit’s living room and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and is equipped with a large 55", wall mounted flat screen TV with streaming service for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV with streaming service, with a blow up, queen size EZ bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. This efficient galley style kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee machine and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has all hard wood floors throughout unit. The comfortably furnished open patio allows you to enjoy can enjoy the warm tropical breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

Great view, very clean

Property has done a great job recovering from the hurricane. Unit was very clean, great view. Check in was super easy and friendly. Woukd definitely return.

A Week Away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I had a wonderful stay! It's a beautiful place with a beautiful view. We golfed for two days and hit the fabulous beach for three more. It's a great location, and everyone was very kind! There was plenty of space, and having chairs available on the beach was a nice feature. We would certainly stay again! P.S. The storage closet could be cleaned up a bit. We sifted through quite a few broken, staked-up items to get to a small cooler in the back, but that was super minor. The place was amazing! Thank you!

Amazing property!

Perfect location, a kitchen with appliances, easy beach access, short drive to grocery stores and main Siesta Key - it was everything we could’ve asked for! We’re coming back for sure!

Wintertime Getaway

We stayed for a few nights during a Christmas-time vacation. The views from the balcony are wonderful and the space was just the right size for the two of us during our short stay. The location is close to the Village and easy access to the beach. Very secure and overall great stay!

Absolutely incredible!!!

I wish we could’ve stayed forever!!! A beautiful, clean and welcoming condo. The views were incredible from our balcony. The service from the employees at Palm Bay Club was top notch!! Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful sunset view

Very well equipped, nice furniture and bathroom. I would like to see the mattress replaced for our return visit next year. There is a canyon in the middle. Over great property!

Anniversary Trip

This was the first time in 9 years my husband and I got away just the two of us. It was for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The condo was clean. The view was beautiful. Everyone we met was kind. The condos were quiet. I really don’t think we heard any neighbors. The beach was clean. Would definitely like to stay here again with our whole family.

relaxing stay

The condo has a very nice side view of the gulf. It's located on a high floor so its peaceful and you can sleep with the doors open. It's right on the beach so its not a far walk to the beautiful white sand. We found that it was a bit of a walk to any shops and restaurants but there is a shuttle that is easy to use outside the resort.

It was very nice. The sunsets were amazing. Unit was nice clean and it was great that they had an umbrella that you could take to the beach. Cooper was very nice he brought out our beach chairs everyday. It was a pleasant vacation. We rented a car which was great. Unfortunately the pool you see from the balcony is not part of this property.

perfect time for a Florida vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we could only stay 3 nights, but had to good beach days. Our last full day on the beach was just spectacular, not a cloud in the sky, no crowds, warm water and a gentile breeze. Looking forward to a longer stay next year

Our favorite spot!

We have stayed in unit 94 twice. Our first experience was so good, we decided to go again. Second time was just as great as the first! The condo was so clean. It is equipped with everything you need. The king bed is very comfortable and the view is fantastic. We will be returning!
