Whatever you need for a pleasant stay, we make all the necessary arrangements. From laundry to catering, activities to personal services, our team knows the Islands intimately.

No white gloves required - this is a friendly family island and you will enjoy the informal and personal atmosphere of our Bahamian friends and ”curators.”

If you wish, we will stock the fridge, wine rack or pantry, pick you up at the airport or help you get a rental car so that you hit the ground running. We can also arrange garage space for your rental car.

Are you into water pursuits? Our team can arrange boat rental to go fishing, diving or if you want to visit neighboring islands and make friends with Abaco's renowned swimming pigs.

Try paddle boarding, learn scuba diving or take sailing lessons. If that’s what you enjoy, we put you in touch with the best people around and get you the necessary gear.

We can organize a complete spa treatment, mani/pedi, yoga, massage, whatever you desire, and if you require a nanny or babysitter, we pre-screened and assembled reliable and caring people.

Let us know if you want a personal chef or a great caterer for special events– royal weddings, military parades, parties, seminars, or just a romantic intimate dinner. We will be there for you to organize those celebrations.

Sea smoker Boat House is nestled in a quiet nook on the canal, with just a short walk across the street is the plush white sandy beach! On the beach side there is a beautiful garden and pool to enjoy with Owners given permission (also owners property) This Canal house is your perfect vacation getaway! Fully equipped with an assortment of dishes, glassware, cutlery and pots and pans; you will not be disappointed.
Being less than 5 minutes away from the hub of town, you will have quick access to restaurants, gift shops, the marina, ferries (if you wish to visit other Islands), boat and golf cart rentals, and more! An 18 hole golf course is also nearby.
You have full access to enjoy lunch and dine at the exclusive Bahama Beach Club, which is within walking distance. Bahama Beach Club has a pool and beach available for your use.
Our Private Boat slip capable of accommodating up to a 100ft. vessel. Additional charges will apply for boats 30ft and up. 100 ,50 & 30 amp electric on dock. Additional charges will apply for use of dockage electricity and ice if needed.
