Great place! Wonderful hosts. Our group had a great time hanging out on our girls getaway weekend. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed this lovely home.

This place was perfect for our group. Great location and fun things to do. We even lucked out and had a momma deer and babies in the backyard. This location is close to hiking trails and lots of activities in the area. Terry and Nick were easy to communicate with and the stay was great! Thank you!

The host went above and beyond for us! My newborn and toddler unfortunately were sick and the host picked up a humidifier for them! It truly helped and made a very tired mama get more sleep.

The property was beautiful, well furnished, and had plenty of kitchen appliances, dishes, silverware, etc. The owner and property manager couldn’t have been nicer. We would go back there in a minute.There’s a beautiful view of the mountains in the back yard. And, we even saw a deer peeking at us in the backyard.

Beautiful, spacious home—perfect for our large family celebrating my daughter’s dental graduation. The house was very clean, well-furnished, and comfortably fit about 20 people. We loved seeing snow and deer in the backyard—it made the stay extra special.Parking was easy and convenient, which made everything stress-free.Terry and Nickk were excellent hosts—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Truly an A experience. We would definitely stay here again!

I was celebrating my 80th birthday. The property fit my needs perfectly! It was ideal to reconnect with family and have the space we needed to relax and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. The home had everything we needed to entertain a large group. We would stay there again in a heart beat! It was a wonderful experience.

The house is humongous. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, utensils, etc. The house is clearly well maintained. And you already know this, but the location can’t really be beat if you’re skiing in the canyons.

This house was absolutely fantastic for our stay in Utah! We had a group of 10, and the layout couldn’t have been more perfect—everyone had space to relax and enjoy themselves. The teenagers loved having their own hangout spot on the first floor with the living room and pool table, while the adults made the most of the beautiful deck and hot tub—such a great way to unwind after a day of activities.The garage access was a huge bonus and made handling all 10 sets of skis and gear incredibly easy, especially with the convenient entry right off the kitchen. The location was ideal, with quick and easy access to everything we wanted—shopping, ski resorts, hiking, and tons of outdoor adventures.We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would jump at the chance to come back again!

The house had plenty of room for all 11 of us. Two dens was perfect for ages ranging from 0-16. There was plenty of room to get dressed for skiing, etc. The house was well stocked and beds were comfy. The hosts stayed in touch to make sure everything was going well.

Great place to stay in Sandy, UT!

The home is nicely updated and very comfortable. It was just the right place for us to stay on our trip to Utah for a family wedding.

Great fun stay for skiing !

Terri was an awesome host - allowed us an early check-in and the house was amazing. We were in SLC for some spring skiing and location was great! In the city but close enough to the ski resorts!!

Great place to stay for a big family gathering

We loved this property. It had all the bedrooms we needed and everything else as well. The children loved seeing the deer out back. This was a very nice property and we would definitely stay again.

Excellent House and location for hitting Little and Big Cottonwood Canyon Ski Areas

House very well stocked for cooking and accommodating for a large group of people. There is plenty of room to spread out around the house or to all stay together in the Living Dining area. Would love to come stay again!Hosts Terry and Nick were great as well!
