This Cozy 3,400 sq ft home in Cottonwood Heights is your home away from home. It is located on a very quiet and private street. This remodeled home features
5-bedrooms (3 King, 1 Queen, and 2-Twins), 4 full-bathrooms. It has a bright and fully stocked kitchen/dining room upstairs with an extra full kitchen with lots of extras downstairs. Enjoy two cozy living rooms (with smart TV's), and a fully stocked laundry room. It also includes a pack-n-play and high chair for little ones.

Parking is made easy with a 2-car garage to keep your vehicles warm and snow-free in the winter, and nice and cool in the summer, plus 2 extra off street parking on the side of the driveway.

Whether you’re relaxing or exploring, this is a home you’ll love, it was set up for groups and families to enjoy!

This home is full of convenience both inside and out. With quick access to Utah’s most popular destinations you can pretty much be anywhere within 5-35 minutes. The home is only 5 minutes from two canyon entrances, 3 minutes from a grocery store, 8 minutes from shops and restaurants, just 25 minutes from both the Salt Lake City Airport and Downtown, 35 minutes from Park City, and 15 minutes from the Sandy Convention/Expo Center. This location is truly unbeatable.

Utah's Wasatch Mountains are known for their snow and of course world-class skiing. Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, feature four of the nation’s top resorts—Brighton, Solitude, Alta and Snowbird. There are also Park City's resorts which are Deer Valley and Park City Resort.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and in a great neighborhood. The host was absolutely amazing, and communication was seamless from start to finish.During our stay, our family experienced an unexpected emergency and we needed to extend our stay. The host went above and beyond to accommodate us and was incredibly understanding and compassionate during a difficult time. We are truly grateful for the kindness and flexibility they showed our family.We couldn’t have asked for a better host and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful home and an exceptional host!

The place was amazing! We didn’t realize how much space it would be and the backyard was so inviting with the weather we had! Great location for easy access to Snowbird. My friends and I look forward to rescheduling next year!

This place is in a great neighborhood and gave us plenty of space to spread out (6 adults) comfortably. The house was clean and there were plenty of supplies to get us started (coffee, sugar, tea, oatmeal, bathroom stuff!) The only thing we struggled with was the auto - temperature. It was rainy and cooler but the AC was preprogrammed and we would have liked it a little warmer. Other than that, no issues and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

House was great. Exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable. House has everything we needed in the kitchen, as well as plenty of extra linens and pillows.Location is perfect for a family ski trip.The host kept in touch with all the info we needed for a smooth arrival and great stay.

There was even more room at the house than we anticipated. Several common areas throughout the home made for a place where everyone could relax. Nice neighborhood, home is updated, and is stocked with every appliance ever needed. Cooking and dining utensils were abundant. We plan to return.

This is the best place to stay! The location was great, the house was immaculate, and the host, Meagan, was beyond incredible. First, Meagan communicated with me on some questions I had prior to our visit. Second, the accommodations were super comfortable and we found certain conveniences in the house that I have never seen in any other rental. Meagan thought of it all and more! Third, when I needed to contact Meagan she was very prompt in returning my call. Overall, it was an easy and enjoyable experience and I would not hesitate to stay again!
