No cleaning fees! Visitors love our comfortable beds. Covered backyard patio with Hot Tub, Traeger Smoker Grill and Gas BBQ. Gourmet chefs kitchen stocked with spices, oils and baking supplies. 2 ovens, large island, 6 burner gas cooktop. 2 Dining Tables, Large Family Room. Hot tub on back patio, landscaped & fenced backyard, sports court with basketball hoop & pickle ball net. Fire pit with 10 outdoor chairs. Great for winter and summer visits to Utah.

SKIERS & SNOWBOARDERS: Great location near skiing at Alta & Snowbird Resorts (Brighton & Solitude are close as well). 11 min to the park and ride in little Cottonwood Canyon canyon ( the one in the actual canyon). From there it is 12 min to snowbird. 18 min to Alta. -It is 7 minutes to the 9400 S. 2000 E. Park and Ride bus stop I recommend taking the bus from here up the canyon. -15 min to the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon (7-11 & Porcupine Pub).

Grocery shopping, fantastic Indian, Mexican & Italian Restaurants and bars nearby. Close to Starbucks & a local coffee shop. 6 minutes to Trader Joes. Lots of activities within couple minutes drive, Movie Theater, Go Cart Racing, Bowling Alley, Living Planet Aquarium, South Towne Mall and Expo Center, Mini Golf, Airborne Trampoline Center, 15 minutes to The Salt Lake County Equestrian Park, 2 Minutes to the Dimple Dell Regional Park.

The best house we ever stayed in

We have been visiting Salt Lake City for nearly 20 years, and this was our second time renting Emmy’s house. It is simply the best! The house is beautifully furnished, very clean, and perfectly located for our ski trip. We will definitely return!

Perfect ski trip stay

Property was exactly as described, very clean and luxurious. Host had great communication. Unique puzzles were a highlight for sure! Short trip from house to the canyon, would definitely recommend this stay to anyone.

Beautiful Home Close to Ski/Snowboard !

Excellent. Great stay

Very clean. Lots of room. Kitchen had everything we needed. We had 8 adults and 4 children ages 4 and under. We were all comfortable.

Beautiful family home in Sandy!

The house was exactly as described. Great size for our group of nine and dogs. Yard was large and the boys enjoyed playing pickleball. The host was very accommodating and even offered to get out serving pieces for us if we were hosting Thanksgiving dinner. Any question or concern we had was responded to quickly. We all enjoyed our time together as a family in this lovely home.

Lots of the Right Stuff But Its Hard to Keep Everything Working

All of the items in the listing were present as advertised and this was a really nice house in a good location. We had issues with the grill and the hot tub that were not resolved in time for us to enjoy those items (we were only there three days). The owner was very accommodating but when things aren't maintained, it matters. Hopefully these things are resolved by now so the next guests can have an amazing time.

Would rent again!

This home was as advertised. It was clean and well stocked. It was in a good central location for all of the comings and goings that we had planned. Our teen boys enjoyed the basketball court and hot tub. We would definitely rent this property again!

Perfect House in the Perfect Location

This place far exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect house in the perfect location. Everyone in the group kept saying how nice the house. Great for adults, teens and young kids.

a beautiful home and wonderful stay

We were 10 adults and 3 children and stayed in this beautiful home to attend Young Living's 30th international convention in Salt Lake City. The beds were insanely comfortable, everything we needed was provided and more and the layout was perfect for us! The owner was GREAT to work with and made everything as easy and simple as possible for us. We are so thankful for this opportunity to stay here and look forward to possibly renting again next year!

Amazing property

We have stayed at many VRBOs over the years and by far this property was simply the best! The listing was exactly as stated and perfect for our large group. This was by far the most stocked property we have ever stayed at … from the kitchen to the bathrooms etc! Perfectly located in Sandy with easy access to anything and everything you’d want to do and explore. I wish we could give the property 6 stars!!!!

Wrestling Team stay

House was great , just as advertised . Plenty of room and everything was nice . The kids really enjoyed playing pickle ball in the back . The only think I would say could improve is the fire pit was either had empty fuel or just doesn’t work . That would have been nice to sit around the fire in the evening . It is set up perfect for it . Overall everything was awesome . I would stay again ,

Awesome Stay for a SnowboardTrip

We had a great time stay at Emmy's place. With a large group of 13 people, there was plenty of space for everyone and never felt over congested. Huge backyard was perfect for 3 dogs to run around in. Place was clean, modern, and comfortable, and everyone was well impressed. Kitchen is well stocked that we were able to do a lot of our own cooking. We did had a slight hiccup with the jacuzzi not working, but Emmy was resolved the issue ASAP; she was very responsive to our requests overall. The location is perfect; quick drive to the mountains and anything else you would need is minutes away. 10/10; will be staying at Emmy's place again in the future.

Perfect House for a Ski Trip Group

7 of us have an annual ski trip. This house was perfect for everyone to have their own space but also have incredible places for gathering and hanging out. The backyard with the grill, hottub and basketball court is a great bonus, as well as the huge garage for storing equipment. Can't recommend this place highly enough if you're doing a ski trip in the canyons.

You Won't Regret It

The pictures don't do the place justice - it's beautifully done. It has everything you'll need and then some. The driveway can fit 4 cars easily and the garage can fit another 2. The kitchen is stocked with all the applicances you'd want. All of the rooms are spacious. The primary suite is elite. It's close to little cottonwood canyon along with restaurants both fast food and sit-down near by. Would stay again and would recommend! 10/10.

Lovely and comfortable home!

This house was fantastic for our group of 10! It is great location to many Utah ski resorts and all the rooms were extremely comfortable. Loved the open living room and kitchen with optimal hang out area. And of course the hot tub is always great after a long ski day! Would absolutely stay here again.

Great home in Sandy

We had two families who need quick access to the airport as well as easy access to Alta & Solitude, and this home was a great solution! Our host was attentive and helped when the hot tub wasn't hot and got it solved right away. The beds are comfy, and the house is a great size for two families of 8 with everything you need to cook dinner at home. We enjoyed the convenience of one car being able to park in the garage, too.

Second Stay!

Our second stay at this VRBO was wonderful. The backyard with its sports court, pickleball, and basketball added a nice touch for family activities. The kitchen amenities were great and made cooking convenient. The dog-friendly yard was appreciated, providing a safe space for our pet. The owner was very responsive and helpful! I would highly recommend this property.

Great place

Lovely spacious home with everything you need for a great stay. Restaurants and shops close, outdoor ammenities were great. A minor hiccup, but host was responsive and issue corrected right away. A very pleasant experience.

SLC Stay

We absolutely loved the property. The outdoor space was just what we needed to be able to entertain and have fun while in town. The bedrooms were great size with plenty of room to spread out.
