Spacious 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a great view of the Gulf from your own private balcony or from your living room. This beach get away is decorated in warm tropical decor. The bedroom has a very comfy king size bed and adjoining master bath. If you need more room for sleeping we have a daybed and a queen sleeper sofa with nearby bathroom. This condo is furnished with all the comforts of home and fully equipped to make your beach get away perfect. There is a laundry room with washer / dryer that includes a great area to store all your beach items during your stay.

We enjoyed our vacation. We love the location and it is mostly families. Beautiful view from the balcony of the room. The room had all the things we needed for a family of 4. The owner was excellent at responding to any questions we had.

The condo looked just as beautiful in person as it did in the pictures. It is modern and updated but still has a cozy home feeling. The owners made the check in process super easy. The view from the balcony is amazing, especially at sunset. We have stayed at the Mariner West many times over the years and this is one of the best. We’re already planning to stay here on our next trip.

We had an amazing trip. Condo was just perfect! super location! very clean and the propertery owners were a dream to work with. We will definitely be staying here again.

Peaceful spot to enjoy the beach.

Perfect beach spot

This beach condo was perfect. Steps from the beach. Not crowded and the condo was lovely and had everything we need. We wish we could have stayed longer! Already looking into booking it again!

We stayed here to go to a baseball tournament. Location was close to some restaurants and was a good location for access to both ballparks

Great condos do friendly host.

Very nice and clean condo. Exactly as described. The owner replied quickly to all our questions. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you’d need. Very quiet area and beautiful view of the beach.

Lovely beach getaway

This unit was perfect. Everything is updated and feels very homey. The view of the gulf was awesome. There is nothing negative to say about our stay. We will definitely come back to this unit. Every topic gets 5 stars here.

Great Beach View

I don’t have one negative thing to say about our stay. Everything was just as described in the posting. The view was amazing. Perfect floor with views of the pool and beach. Steps away from the beach. The condo was very nice and clean. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Great trip

We had a wonderful stay at PCB. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect. The condo was nice and clean. We had everything we needed (except an automatic coffee maker but a quick trip to Wal-Mart solved that—there was a Keurig available but we prefer a pot.) We beat the crowds and enjoyed every minute. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Can’t wait to come back

Justin is amazing!!!! Answered all my questions in a very prompt manner. This is my first ever VRBO, so the whole process was new to me. The condo was fantastic!! It was very clean, and up to date with modern touches. I loved the old blue ricking chair in the patio. We can’t wait to go back.

Mariner west 303

This is the second year our family has stayed in this room and we loved it just as much as we did last year. This condo feels like home away from home with plenty of space for our family of 4. Always clean and well stocked with everything you need. We love that the laundry room is across the way with extra space for all beach accessories so that the room isn’t crowded with everything. The weather was a bit crappy this year but all in all our visit was amazing.

We rent this condo every year for a reason! The condo is always extremely clean, has nice and comfortable furniture, and great patio furniture on the balcony as well! You can tell the owners keep up with the maintenance very well. We will be back next year! 5 Stars
