Property as described, check in/out effortless, location was excellent, away from the busy stretch yet close to everywhere you needed to get to. And the host was present and cared about your stay! Awesome!!!There’s nothing better than having a pool between you and the white sand beach!

Condo was beautiful the views were amazing. Cort with my beach rentals was kind helpful and informative. Security (Ron) at condo was also kind and helpful. Would 10/10 recommend

Beautiful condo. Perfect view! Loved the pool and all the amenities. My four grandchildren said let’s come back next year and stay right here. Great idea!

We loved our stay at the Watercrest. Cort was extremely responsive and great to work with. It was very clean when we arrived.We love being on this end of PCB. It is a lot quieter. You also can't beat the view!The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star rating is that the condo and the furnishings could use a little updating.

Very modern, very clean!

Very impressed!! This unit was very modern, ver spacious and open and very clean! We would definitely stay here again! The owner was awesome with communication.

Perfect Get-a-way

The property was just as we expected. Very clean and comfortable. The balcony was amazing!! Spent many hours there watching the sunset and listening to the waves. Will for sure return!!

Family Spring Break Trip

My family of 6 stayed at this condo and we all enjoyed our trip so much and had such a great vacation! The condo was beautiful and we were all so comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach access was amazing and we loved being able to view the beach from our huge patio! Due to the weather, the beach was not as warm, so we decided to use the pool and it was nice to have an alternative for the kids. Nice clean big pool and the water was a nice temperature.

Very clean and nice. Beds super comfortable, futons in the living room comfortable with toppers. Great beach/ocean view from balcony over looking the pool with beach access. If you plan to cook a lot the oven is very slow heating and not a lot cooking utensils/sharp knives. Over all loved this condo!

Clean and Modern

The Watercrest building is in a great location close to Saint Andrews State Park. The elevators in the building are speedy, which is rare. The unit was clean and modern. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen had all the needed equipment for cooking, although there were no staples. The laundry machines were modern and worked great.

Great clean condo. One elevator was down the entire visit which made it hard to come and go. Kitchen was not stocked very well with cookware or pot holders. Washer and dryer worked but needs to be cleaned.
