Enjoyed our stay at the beach! Unit was very clean. Comfortable. The AC stopped working, so I messaged the owner. Someone was there in15 minutes, and it was working in another 15 minutes! Could not have been a better rental. Will stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay! The view from the balcony was amazing. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. Very convenient location for a quick walk to ocean walk and the boardwalk.

Great vacation with family would definitely go back

My stay was very clean & very comfortable my kids loved the pool area & how convenient the beach was right there didnt have to drive too many places for food everything was located close by

The pullout bed was not functional, it looks like someone patched it to try and fix it. The host had no idea..The pullout mattress was disgusting with mold on it.The host informed me someone was going to come fix the issues but never showed up or responded back to me or tried to make things right.. would not recommend

I am disappointed to read this review, as it does not accurately reflect how this situation was handled. When you reported the issue with the pullout bed, I immediately arranged for my handyman to come assess and attempt a repair. After determining that the bed could not be fixed during your stay, I personally went out that same evening and purchased a brand-new air mattress so that you would have a comfortable alternative sleeping arrangement. I also remained in communication throughout the process and made every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Had there been any concerns about the replacement accommodation, I would have gladly worked with you to address them. While I understand the frustration of encountering an unexpected maintenance issue, a 1-star review does not fairly reflect either the condition of the property overall or the efforts made to promptly resolve the problem. We take guest concerns seriously and consistently work hard to provide a positive experience for our guests.

Short stay by the beach

Great location in a very nice apartment overlookingthe beach with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely return.
