This place is very nice! The views are incredible. It was clean and spacious. It was very quiet when we stayed there (early May). I think it helps the building only has a handful of rooms on each floor and no long hallways. Our host was responsive and they even gave us an in-person orientation of the building and condo, which was very helpful because there isn’t a main desk for which you can check in. I’d definitely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful. The unit was clean. The view was amazing. Check-in was a breeze. The kitchen was stocked adequately enough for us to be able to cook in the unit, which is sometimes not the case with some rentals. The furniture and beds were all adequately comfortable. Everything was really great.

Beautiful condo

My family and I had a wonderful stay here! The unit was updated and extremely clean. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The view from every room is awesome. I would definitely stay here again the next time that we’re in town!

Son going to college in the area

Brought our son down to set him up at college. It is a beautiful location, loved the decor, great communication with the owner. Will definately stay here agian!

Clean, beautiful views, great location

This condo was perfect for my family. The rooms were spacious, well furnished and well stocked with all the necessities. The ocean views were stunning. Easy access to the beach, pool, gym, and game rooms. Very centrally located for easy trips to restaurants and attractions. The staff was so friendly. We will definitely be booking Peck Plaza again.

Review of Trip

We were overall very pleased with our stay. The condo was clean and updated with amazing views from each bedroom. The only downside is there was only one elevator working the entire week which made things a little complicated at times.

5SE Peck Plaza Great Condo

Great week in Daytona Beach Shores. Excellent condo with great ocean view and nice decor. Very good condo for two couples. Quiet condo. Great location close to lots of activities and restaurants. Owner was in contact with us during our stay. Would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

Beach vacation

Condo was great! It was beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was nicely stocked, the double sliding balcony doors were awesome and the views were great. The facility (Peck Plaza) and all the amenities appeared to be well maintained, the staff that we came into contact with were very friendly and our property management contact, April, was great. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

College tour

We came to visit Daytona Beach to see Embry Riddle for my son. Our accommodations were perfect. It was close to the school and right on the ocean. We had a great view of the ocean as well as the pool. We were very pleased and will stay again April who helped us check in, was very personable and helpful. 5 stars!!
