The house was absolutely perfect. We lost power for a few hours on our first day for a few hours and Richard messaged to check on us. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back!

Such a beautiful home and very spacious for my family. Kids love the game room. Enjoyed sitting on decks! Easy access to the home. Host was very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The first thing I noticed when arriving at the property was how clean the interior was and how well the kitchen was equipped. Has comfortable beds, large bathrooms and privacy with each bedroom on different level. Has very large backyard for kids - or adults - to play. Host very easy to reach and answers quickly.

A few hiccups this go round but overall still a great place to stay. Seems vacancy is up in the area and time between cleanings shows a bit. Would visit again as this was our third visit to this cabin.

A very special property, great owner

Rental was super easy and the property was exactly as advertised. The river frontage is fantastic and the fishing was great. Very thoughtful in providing information to guests and was clean and a great stay.

Great Cabin

Host communicated promptly! Cabin was in a great location, within driving distance of Blue Ridge, Elijay, and Helen. The wrap-around porch was great to enjoy on the early mornings with a coffee. Plenty of space, nicely decorated, and a well-stocked kitchen.We would definitely stay again!

Ladies Fly Fishing Trip

Great stay and beautiful birds everywhere!

the property was exactly as described. We loved all the outdoor spaces We saw a plethora of birds which we truly enjoyed. it was very quiet and relaxing. We loved the hiking on the Appalachian trail from woody gap and gooch gap, as well as all the waterfalls.

This was the perfect place to relax and enjoy friends company while celebrating our birthdays and 43rd anniversary. We hiked 2 locations for beautiful water falls and the swinging bridge. We hope to visit again soon! Our host was wonderful when communicating. Thank you so much!

Comfortable and cozy

We were so pleased with our stay. The house and property were beautiful. We loved the “take one- leave one” policy. It was nice having a few kitchen basics as we cooked in the well-equipped kitchen for several meals.
