The place was beautiful with a porch off the living room to view the pond. The beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was perfect with the bear tiles and rain shower. We would stay here again.

We had such a fun and relaxing stay at Kay’s Kabin! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was equipped for everything we needed, and the view overlooking the pond was beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed spending time outside and taking in the scenery. The only thing that would make this place even better would be a hot tub! We’d definitely recommend Kay’s Kabin for anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Property itself was great! However,somewhat surprised there was no complimentary shampoo or soap like most VRBO places we have stayed or PAM in the kitchen or foil. The driveway was washed out making the first entry impossible to enter without damaging your car.

Kay's Kabin is delightfully charming, surrounded by forest! Wetland ferns that resemble flowers grow by the backyard pond. Someone with an artist's touch designed the interior of the cabin. My husband and I took several walks around Happy Hollow Circle. How fortunate to be a few miles from Lake Winfield Scott! Our best get-away, my husband said.

Beautiful cozy cabin with thoughtful layout and kind host. Very pleased with our stay and highly recommend. Great location, just a short trip to Helen and Dahlonega where we were able to enjoy the Christmas festivities.

Cabin was beautiful! And spotless! Was worried at first about the proximity of the neighbors, but we never heard a thing! Came for peace and quiet and that’s what we got.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin in Suches. The owner Mr. Richard was extremely responsive, and everything was smooth from start to finish. The cabin was spotless, well-arranged, and very cozy. We arrived right after snowfall, and it was wonderful to see everything ready for us, including a perfectly set-up fireplace. It made the whole experience feel memorable. Overall, a very comfortable stay with no issues, would definitely come back!

Great cabin

This is a very nice home in a beautiful location. It’s very peaceful, and we enjoyed feeding the trout in the pond. We would definitely stay there again.

We had nice weekend at the cabin. Further removed than was anticipated but the cabin was roomy and perfect for a family stay. The pond is a nice addition.

This was definitely our favorite vacation ever! The cabin was beautiful and was decorated for Christmas! It had everything that we needed and even had games for us to play. We arrived about an hour early and met the housekeeping staff. They were super nice and were able to give us directions to places to eat before our check-in. We will definitely return!

My son Devon and I own Kays Kabin. We live in Chattanooga Tn. My late mother Kaye Perry bought this property in 1998. In Dec. 2007 we tore down the old cabin and had Rocky Mtn. Builders-Adam Gilreath and Chris Steele build this new one. I highly recommend them as they are my good friends now. We have a tile business so we were able to do lots of work ourselves. This is our 'Dream Cabin' that we visit at least once a month, with our family and friends. When I try to tell people about Suches, it's hard to put it into words. This place is special,the people are unbelievably friendly. Everyone who comes here loves it and wants to come back. We hope you will too. Thanks for your inquiry! Richard
