This 1 bedroom/1 bath oceanfront condo is the perfect St. Augustine getaway for a romantic couple or small family! Guests never want to leave the balcony with its top-floor view of the Atlantic Ocean, the beach, and the oceanfront swimming pool. Inside, the living area has a new queen sleeper sofa and new dinette table and chairs. If the ocean isn’t enough, you can enjoy high-speed wireless Internet access, flat-screen cable TV with HD channels, and a smart DVD player. The compact kitchenette has a small smooth-top stove, microwave, refrigerator, and Mr Coffee-style coffeemaker, and is stocked with plates/glasses, pots/pans, and utensils. Relax in the bedroom with a king bed with a glimpse of the Intracoastal Waterway and flat-screen cable TV with HD channels. Linens and towels provided.


Beacher’s Lodge is a condo-hotel on Anastasia Island in an area known as Crescent Beach, which features a smooth white sandy beach, perfect for walking and playing in the waves, yet just 9 miles south of St Augustine’s historic district. Beacher’s Lodge amenities include private beach walkway, heated oceanfront pool, picnic/grilling area, washer/dryer on premises (not in the condo), and ramp/elevator access from the spacious parking lot. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

Minimum age to rent this condo is 25. Small to medium dog allowed with prior approval and additional pet cleaning fee.

Place was pretty nice floors felt dirty and we weren’t aware until night of check in we were only provided roll and a half of toilet paper for 4 people on 3 night stay kinda crappy deal if you ask me but overall value was pretty good pool and ocean access was nice also shouldn’t have to drive to another location to get key code that could simply be put on check in email

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The kitchen cabinetry is very dated, and the furniture is an old mixed collection taken from previous places. The single end table lamp in the LR was damaged when we arrived and we had to buy a light bulb to determine that it still worked. We were never able to open any of the apps or channels on the TV so we sent a message to Derrick asking what needed to be done. We also informed him of the damaged lamp in that message but he never responded. After two days there the LR's A/C unit displayed an E8 message, and we sent another message to Derrick to make him aware. The next day the fan worked but it had stopped blowing cold air. A day later he replied with "Thanks." Nothing more. The Beacher's Lodge facility and grounds are very nice, and the staff is the friendliest that we have ever encountered. We just wish we had rented a different unit.

Perfect location

Can not beat the views from the balcony! Wonderful place to stay! Perfect mom/daughter getaway. Well equipped condo, very comfortable bed! Would definitely recommend and return!

We stayed here this past week in July and it was 105 outside. The AC was blowing warm air starting Thurs night and I message host and no reply. We unplugged it and plugged back in and reset it. Next morning we went to the beach came back and it was hot and ac not working tried to contact the host again, read my messages and didn’t reply. We had to leave Friday bc it was hot. We were suppose to stay until Saturday. He never responded back to me, I contacted customer service about this issue. He never acknowledged any of my messages. Terrible communication and would not give a partial refund.

I am very sorry you had a bad experience. But please be truthful with your reviews...you sent a single message telling us you were leaving early, and you were given a partial refund. things do happen that can ruin a stay, but we try very hard to make things right for our guests if we re given a chance to do so.

The place was tiny and outdated.The refrigerator, lamps, hinges and the microwave were rusted. We had to buy 2 lightbulbs, and two are still out (over stove light and balcony light). The balcony furniture was cracked; in the corner there was old and tired beach equipment with spider webs. The balcony was cluttered, uncomfortable and not conducive to sit out and enjoy the view on the balcony. Two plug-in receptacles were loose and promote a safety concern. The building structure is being propped up with temporary support struts on the walkways near the elevator. On the positive side, the view from inside and beach were nice. Also, the bed was firm. I would not recommend this unit until the above issues and concerns are resolved.

Weekend get away

Very nice and clean cute place. Close to historic St. Augustine. The view from the balcony just beautiful and at nite the sounds of the wave so peaceful. Definitely would stay again

Great for two!

Loved the location and views! Close to historic St. Augustine, but tucked away in a quiet beach location. Had everything we needed. Not fancy, just cost for two.
