Always a wonderful stay

Beautiful, modern condo stocked with all that you need and oceanfront. Great area as well. We’ve stayed in this condo several times and we love it. The owners are great.

Beautiful condo with the ocean right outside. Very clean and well taken care of. The beds are very comfortable, well supplied kitchen, top notch appliances, comfortable furniture, even an umbrella, chair and sand toys.Very prompt communication if needed. I'd give it more stars if they were available.

Excellent 12th floor condo!

Beautifully decorated! Modern. Loved the reclining chairs on the deck. We love Brigadune and would stay in this condo again in the future.

Condo was beautiful with a full stocked kitchen.Both bathrooms have upgrades, beds very comfortable and overall appearance has a modern theme. Patio furniture was also very comfortable with great views of the beach. Highly recommend this condo.

Wouldn’t stay anywhere else

This property is VERY clean, updated and easily accessible. We love the oceanfront view, and the lack of public access to this section of the beach. Tenants of the building are welcoming and fun. If this property isn’t available on your dates - change them. You won’t be disappointed!

A wonderful place on the beach.

We have stayed at the Brigadune for 3 years on our own and many years prior with family and this is by far the nicest unit we have seen. Everything listed is accurate. The kitchen is spacious. The property was clean and the property manager was easily accessible. She was in communication with us regarding maintenance to the building during our stay. 10/10 would stay again in a heartbeat and are hoping to do so again next year.

Very nice condo for a pleasurable stay

Really no issues that couldn’t be dealt with. Modern well equipped condo. Two tiled walk in showers so great. Grab bars in showers would be nice for us older folks though. Living room pull out sofa cannot be comfortably sat on. The cushions and bed collapse to the floor. Will consider again definitely.

Thank you for your review. New living room furniture arrives May 24th! Once we found out the pull out sofa wasn’t functioning, we purchased an inflatable mattress for temporary use. I apologize for the inconvenience.

This is our second year staying at this property. We had a wonderful vacation and the accommodations are wonderful. The room is gorgeous and you can beat the views.

online pictures are 100% accurate overview of the condo in person. the decor was beautiful and the furnishings were very comfortable. fishing area was at a perfect spot, right across the street :) ~family from Pittsburgh
