We have stayed in this property in the past, and it is still a beautiful and well-maintained property. Other tenants are very pleasant as well, and the owner has, and is, very conscientious. It’s a favorite for my family!

Not sure where this lady is coming from, as we have all very high reviews and a 4.9 Premier Host Rating. She had texted me and complained about a pile of sand on the dining room table and a wet bathing suit left hanging on the bedroom door. I knew this was absolutely false because I personally did a walk thru of the condo after the cleaning people were finished and just prior to her arrival. and everything was fine. I called the cleaning people and they could not believe her comments and said there is no way that was true. The main cleaning lady and myself both offered to come over and view her complaints but she said no that she would take care of it. The nicest way that I can comment on her review is that she is a little off the wall.

Serenity

The sound of the ocean and the beautiful sunrises were so calming and peaceful. Beautifully decorated and it has everything you could possibly need. The beds were super comfy and plenty of towels. I really found my monthly stay a little piece of heaven. I would recommend this place and would love to return.

Great Condo and very close to ocean

This is a beach front condo on the tenth floor. This is our second year staying in this condo. It has a very well equipped kitchen and nicely decorated. Love going out on the balconey in the morning having my coffee and watching the dolphins. It is located off the main stretch, but close to everything. The beach is just steps away from the condo so no long distance to get to the beach. The pool is also great. Can't say enough good things about this condo. Will be booking again for the family.

Great Spot

Loved the location. Condo was as described. Easy check in and communication. No noteworthy issues during the week. We had a wonderful time and great weather. If you are looking for a great balcony and literally steps to the ocean, this is a wonderful place. Thank you!

Excellent Host and Property!

You will not find a nicer host than Terry! He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us! Our unit was wonderful! Exactly as it was presented in the description. Comfortable, clean, beautiful views from the large deck, super easy access to the beach and pool, quiet, and friendly people! We would definitely come back to Brigadune again and rent this same unit or any of the others Terry has!

Great little spot

My family and I travel twice a year to Myrtle and love this area. This was our first time renting this unit and it was wonderful. Plenty of space and close to everything. Definitely will book this unit again!!

Very Nice Equipped Condo

Large condo and nicely decorated. Balcony was large and had a table and four chairs and additional chairs for sitting out on the balcony each day. Great for watching the dolphins each morning. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes, two coffee pots, GREAT blender for those alcohol beverages on the balcony each evening. New appliances throughout the kitchen. Only suggestion I would make to improve the condo even more is to replace the mattresses in the room that had two full size beds.

A lot of space

This condo was great with plenty of space for us and 3 kids to spread out. Location was excellent and beach crowd was minimal which was great if you are trying to keep your distance due to Covid. Owner was very responsive with any questions or concerns.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. balcony was excellent to relax and listen to the ocean. Area was cleaned and we loved the location. Check in was easy. Everyone had a great week.

Beautiful view on beautiful property

Wonderful week with family. Great accommodations and beautifully furnished. Enjoyed the ocean breeze and view from the large balcony. Brigadune is one of our favorite buildings in all of Myrtle Beach. Truly a hidden treasure.

Large 3 bedroom

Large 3 bedroom condo. Well thought out for renters. TVs is all the bedrooms, night stands on each side of beds, two king beds, lots of labels and helpful instructions. Kitchen well stocked and very clean. The building is a well maintained ocean front unit with beautiful marsh views at the back. Large balcony to enjoy the ocean.
