This was an ideal home base for my weeks in Miami. It's located in a lovely quiet historic neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants and to a lovely park on Biscayne Bay. I saw manatees at the seawall on my first day! The place is clean, quiet, private and very well appointed with everything you might need. If I come back to Miami, I will definitely stay here again!

The location allow us to access downtown, restaurants, and the beaches with ease.The amenities were ok; the bed slump, could have more towels without having to make calls. Small things really, but could improve rating.

Very clean, cozy and pleasant place to stay!

This VRBO is a very pleasant place to stay in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. It was so clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. When our flight was canceled and we suddenly needed somewhere to stay for two more nights, our host was quick to respond and gracious to allow us to stay two more nights at a moments notice. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

Great short stay in Miami

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights before meeting up with friends in Key West. The historic neighborhood is very cute. There is a small park on the bay at the end of the street. Great restaurants within walking distance. The cottage had everything we needed for our short stay. We have already recommended to friends.

This was a great little cottage—cute, clean, and in a wonderful location. It was a bit smaller than it appeared in the photos, but it worked well for what we needed. The kitchenette is quite small, so we ended up eating out most of the time. The décor was charming, and the owner was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. It had a/c. The sliding glass door was very difficult to open, lock/unlock and slide. It needs repair. I would not have been able to open it if my spouse was not on travel with me. There is parking available in a driveway for us. However, there is a short walk from the parking area to the cottage. If you’re recovering from surgery, use a walker, have mobility challenges, or are carrying a lot of luggage, that distance may be something to consider when booking.Overall it was a great stay for us, but it might not be ideal for everyone.

Cute and cozy

Really enjoyed staying here in this lovely neighborhood! Very private space with a bit of patio, great street to walk on, close to anything you'd need. Alan and Manuel were very responsive and accommodating with questions, minor concerns and even offered a bike to use!

This cozy cottage is nestled in a safe neighborhood. Although close to Biscayne Blvd (which is busy), this street is quiet with no thru-traffic. People are jogging & walking their dogs all hours of the day. Hosts were easy to communicate with prior to check in, and we didn't need to request anything throughout the rest of our stay. Cottage shows some age, but It was clean and had all the basic necessities. Ideal for for one or two people. A short walk to numerous shops and places to eat on Biscayne Blvd. Outdoor seating area was relaxing with many plants & palms.

We absolutely loved the property! It’s quiet and private. Super cozy and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations and is definitely our new favorite place in Miami. We will definitely save this as our favorite and come again. Thank you for a relaxing place to stay we throughly enjoy it.

Great little getaway

My wife and I needed a long weekend somewhere warm, quiet and low key. This property was exactly that. Close to many great restaurants, short walk to the waterfront and quick Uber rides to downtown/south beach. Owners were easy to contact/talk to. Place was clean and quaint. Would definitely recommend for a couple looking to get away and relax.

it was amazing great space had a side patio where we spent most of our stay, great furniture arrangements that made the space work. perfect.. ubereats came fast ubers also, it was a dope spot to spend while we waited for our cruise. thanks

This is truly a Hidden Gem!

We absolutely loved this cottage! My son lives 10 blocks away, so the location was perfect. The cottage is on a lovely, quiet street and is very private. It is immaculate and has all of the incidentals you might need in the kitchen and bathroom, there is even a washer and dryer, which is a bonus. The host is very responsive and helpful. I look forward to staying here again.

Beach getaway

The property was as described. It was very cute and we loved the patio area outside. We had a bit of a plumbing problem with the bathroom. Manuel was on it and had a plumber out to fix the issue. It was a very much needed getaway for my husband and I.

Hideaway Treasure

A wonderful little property for a couple of nights' stay in a quiet location but still within easy walking distance of restaurants. Unfortunately we found communication with the owners difficult. No hair dryer . We'd consider booking again, nonetheless.
