My stay was excellent! The host was very kind and responsive, and the place was spotless and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is fantastic and very convenient. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, which made the experience even better. I truly enjoyed staying here and would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

Overall, the stay was nice and what we needed! It would have been helpful to know that the host needed to be there with us to check in though. It was one of the busiest buildings I've ever been in, and unfortunately at least one of the elevators was broken during our stay, causing long wait times on multiple trips (not our hosts fault be any means, but still stressful). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and Igor was wonderful to work with!

Yes, of course, we do mention that check-in is done in the presence of the host. After making the reservation, guests also receive an SMS with additional information, including these check-in details. You are absolutely right that you visited during the peak season, and there are many people staying in the building. Our building is very popular, which is why you may notice that it can be quite busy at times. Unfortunately, elevator issues can occasionally happen, and this is something we cannot control since it is related to the building’s equipment. We completely understand that when an elevator is out of service, it can cause inconvenience and longer wait times. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back again in the future.

Nice studio apartment with partial view of water. Great location in downtown Miami. Close to two Metromover stations, Metrobus stop to Miami Beach, and Metrorail train to/from the airport. Could use some dish soap and dish towels so you don't need to run the dishwasher for just a couple of dishes (e.g. two coffee cups). Maybe include info in the binder on the table about the hotel amenities and the WiFi name and password. The pool is nice but the free drink included in the 40 hotel charge is limited in time to use it and choice
