The kitchen is fully-equipped for cooking, new refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster, large space for cooking with an additional butler's pantry.
This 4 bedroom unit has its own private access, a space of its own in a very large house. (upper level)
2 master bedrooms with full bathroom, towels and blow dryer included.

If you continue your journey you can relish the amazing Oval Beach (just a mile from the property) top 10 beaches in the U.S. Live it up in downtown Saugatuck with all the great shopping and so many fabulous restaurants to choose from. We are a short walking distance to the Chain Ferry (3-minute walk), and many hiking trails just off of Park St.
Add Studio and one-bedroom for additional space and fee.

Great place for the 3 couples traveling together. Kitchen had everything we could ask for. Great space to hang out. Porch with view of the water was lovely. The walk to Oval Beach was on a road with no shoulder or sidewalks but not the fault of the house. Quick walk to the chain ferry which made access to Saugatuck very easy. Parking was a little tricky but got used to it. Owner very responsive.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this house. Check in went smoothly and the host quickly answered questions leading up to and during our stay. The remodeled kitchen was fantastic and enjoyable to use as we did prepare dinner a few nights. The house was very clean and well kept when we arrived. The location could not be beat! Extremely close to oval beach (about a 5 minute drive by car), and also close to the boarding location of the Saugatuck Chain Ferry (about a 2 minute walk) that will take you right into downtown Saugatuck. We will definitely consider staying here again when returning to Saugatuck.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with plenty of room for 6 adults, a 5 1/2 year old and a baby. We loved the view of the lake and being close to the chain ferry to bop into town, as well as renting a pontoon boat in that same location, twice. We enjoyed two beautiful sunsets at Douglas Beach and time to play in the sand and water with sand toys we brought with us. We love Saugatuck and we had great weather during our stay…including a strawberry moon to enjoy. We appreciated the stocked amenities at the house, as we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

The place was very clean with a beautiful view of the lake. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in. It was a great location and easy to get into town. Will definitely plan on staying again!

Our family of six had a great stay in Saugatuck. Our house was close to Oval Beach and Mount Baldhead. Plenty of space for everyone and very close to all the attractions!

The house was SO nice. The kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed spending time together cooking. The deck with its view over the harbor was peaceful and relaxing. So close to the lake and downtown Saugatuck that we were able to get the most our of our short time there. We'll be back!

Great location and family friendly
This house was very well suited for our family of seven. It is close to the trail to Oval Beach and chain ferry. We enjoyed beautiful views on the deck. The owner was very responsive!

Beautiful home, spacious, very clean and perfect for.our get-together. The location was ideal and the view of the lake was spectacular! The house was stocked with everything you need. Denise was very accommodating and easy to work with.

Beautiful view and perfect location
Perfect location for us to stay between my daughter in Holland and daughter in Grand Rapids and attending a wedding in Allegan. The view was grand and minutes to the beach and downtown Saugatuck. Very spacious. We will definitely stay again.

Saugatuck House
Enjoyed our stay - property was spacious - lots of seating and big bedrooms. Great location close to chain ferry, oval beach, and mt. baldheaded. Lots of steps but didn't bother us. Would stay here again for sure.
