Beach view was phenomenal! Spacious rental with everything you could possibly need in kitchen. Owner provides binder, which is extremely useful, with all information you need for great stay. We had a wonderful time.

Absolutely AMAZING hosts and the condo was pretty fantastic too! Views like we've never seen. The upper porch was so amazing with table we could fit our family at for dinner plus enough chairs to relax in after dinner and take in the view. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well stocked with everything you can need on a vacation and even more! Whole condo VERY clean and well appointed. Host helped us when we found ourselves in a terrible situation (in another unit owned by someone else) constantly staying in touch and checking in on us. We cannot say enough good about this host and this unit! Thank you for the gift of allowing us to stay here and for such a wonderful experience!

The property had a gorgeous view and plenty of room for all of us. There were lots of supplies already there for us and the balconies were wonderful. We had a great time!

We had a good time during our stay in Panama City. This condo is very spacious with large living/dining space. The beds were reasonably comfortable, and the large washer/dryer was a plus. The roof top deck and balcony off dining area provide excellent views and have great seating. The 2nd floor area was nice for our teenage kids to have their own space. The pools were great for times when we wanted a break from the waves. Our hosts were responsive and helpful. The condo was clean but could benefit from a deep clean, but all in all it was a great stay and we would go back again.

The location was perfect, it was great to have a restaurant on site, the beach service was excellent. Sean and Marquad (?) were absolutely the best. The area was very clean and everyone was friendly. The ocean view was beautiful. Definitely would come back!

Beautiful condo, well stocked, comfortable furnishings and beds. Best views especially on the rooftop with plenty of seatings! Check-in went very smooth and host was very accommodating and responsive to our needs,making sure we had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend and return to this unit!

Beautiful beach, great resort! We enjoyed our 1-week stay at this Penthouse unit, it is spacious, comfortable, and has beautiful views from both the main-floor and the rooftop balconies. We hope to stay again in the future!

The condo was cool. Everything is smaller than it seems in the photos but that’s expected. The condo was “ready to use” but lacked in supplies and everything felt slightly grimy. There are no cleaning products for the kitchen besides dish soap and dishwasher soap. I made it work to wipe things down as we used the kitchen counter and stove. But would definitely recommend the host stock a few items under the sink. The host did respond and offered to send the cleaner back but I didn’t want to interrupt our vacation. Otherwise, after getting settled, the space worked perfectly for our family. The resort is pretty nice but the “included beach chairs and umbrella” are down the beach a long way so we ended up renting from the company in front of the resort as we didn’t want to haul our cooler and additional beach gear that far down the beach. All in all, we had a great vacation.

Great view, great location & fun resort. The downside is the elevators seem to always have drama. One was always down so staying very high up at this resort is risky. The condo itself is nice but very used & dated. Cooktop burners don’t work very well, light don’t work very well. I tried to switch light bulbs & lamps seem to have a short or something. Pans are on their last leg from overuse. Matress was very broken down. For the price I would expect more upkeep.

We had the best week at the beach! We have come to PCB for years, but this was our first time at Edgewater. We’ll certainly return! We always felt very secure, while on the property, and we were very impressed by the overall cleanliness of the property. The condo itself is beautiful, clean, and the view cannot be beat! Our entire family agreed that this is our favorite stay at PCB. We hope to return again next year!
