It was very nice! We had to use the sofa sleeper and there was a nice topper in Master bed room and it made all the difference!!! We love it ‼‼‼

Our host was responsive and very welcoming. The unit was delightful and gave us space for our teen on the penthouse floor. We loved waking up to the beach and ocean view each morning.

Beach view was as advertised. Facility itself was in declining condition, with evidence of overdue maintenance everywhere. Unit design was unique and well suited to a family. However, the appointments were very poor. One dish cloth? Selection of cookware and utensils was very small and in poor condition, to say least. Older appliances, with few modern features. For example, coffee pot was old Mr. Coffee requiring filters, scoop, etc. Unit was clean but definitely needed to be updated. Like the facility, the deferred maintenance was evident throughout.

Great rooftop views. My understanding is the condo is up for sale, that could be the reason it's in need of some upgrades to the furniture and other things. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will book again.

Room was fabulous except we were missing all the towels for the master bathroom and the couch wasn’t put back together upon check in. We called Edgewater to let them know. It was no big deal, we just moved towels from the other bathrooms to make it work and put the couch together ourselves. We have stayed at Edgewater numerous times and love the location and amenities. See you in a couple of years!The Kearns

Our rooms were very nice and clean. The view of the Ocean and Beach views was excellent. First time to stay on 12th floor, very nice. Our Host provided all we needed for our stay.

Nice Penthouse Condo

Loved it! Everything was clean and in good working order. We had someone cancel so the bedroom upstairs didn’t get used. However it’s like it’s on apartment with wall out onto the roof! Gorgeous views. The main floor has a comfortable bed, and great living space. It also has a balcony. I love the check in process now. You get a code sent via text and you can go straight to your room. We always choose Edgewater. Twice a year - every year!!

Awesome October beach weekend!

The location was perfect! Easy access to the pools and beach. The second floor deck was amazing to sit in the morning and drink coffee and in the evening was a great place to listen to the waves and gaze at the stars.

Beautiful condo

The penthouse condo was lovely - better than the pictures! The place was clean and has fantastic views of the ocean. Great location and everything was in working order. The property is right on the ocean and there are several pools and hot tubs to choose from. I highly recommend this unit. The people who work at the front desk were horrible and they were overwhelmed by the spring break cried checking in. That was the only negative.

Edgewater Suites

We stayed at the Edgewater resort in a 12th floor suite. The rooms were clean and equipped nicely. The only issues we had was with the Condo maintenance crews who kept leaving the maintenance door unlocked on the roof balcony and a small mouse who occasionally showed up in the upstairs bedroom. The resort restaurant served was really good food, although we were disappointed that there wasn't any live music or entertainment the whole week by the pool. The resort kept the beach neat and clean, tiding it up every morning. Beach umbrellas and chair rentals are stupidly expensive, brimg your own tent and chairs. The best part of the trip was renting a pontoon, go to Shell Island, the semi-private beach is beautiful.

Enjoyed the stay, bathroom could use updates

Overall we enjoyed the stay. The master bath needs the tiles pulled down. There is a smell coming from it, and the room smells a little like smoke or staleness. There needs to be an updated parking system, as there is NO parking. The couches for sure need replaced. They are worn in, and kind of itch fabric. Outside of things that can be fixed easily, we enjoyed the stay. The view was beautiful, and it was very enjoyable with all of the people watching we could do.
