Great location! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Best beach in the world. Had a lot of fun watching dolphins, pelicans, crabs, and those crazy white birds. Bring your pickle ball gear, and your boogie boards, and of coarse your swim suits. Everything is close by, or a short distance away. Lots going on in Daytona. Note to owner: Change water filter in refrigerator.

Excellent condo. Felt like a home away from home. This is our 2nd year staying with this rental company and we will always use them. The view and comfortability was top tier. We will be booking our 2027 trip soon.

It’s clean and worked for us for a week. Everything worked as it should and supplied nicely . It could use some updating but it wouldn’t stop from renting it again for a little get away . Great view from patio and from the kitchen window towards the river .

I received an email the morning of arrival that we could check in early if the condo was ready. Once there early, the company running the check-in said definitely not. Plus, we could not enter the condo until 4:20.I realized this is pet friendly condo, but I really didn't expect to have pet hair on my clothes from sitting on the furniture. We do not have pets.The visit would have been more pleasant if the condo had brighter lights. Reading was out of the question except in the morning with the curtains wide open.The condo was adequate for 4 adults. Kitchen was sufficiently supplied except for a pitcher for iced tea. I found a work-around. Thanks for having coffee filters available. I did not pack any.

Very nice unit. New living and bedroom furniture is very attractive. Gorgeous view, kitchen is well stocked. Everything very clean. T. V. Instructions very helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Also looked like new stove and refrigerator.

Condo was as described. Everything is fine. Didn't notice that there are no ceiling fans. Was a little bit more difficult to sleep with out fans for me. Also it is my opinion that the master bedroom bed is worn out.

Location of property right on the beach is the best feature. Some of the rooms need some attention for updating, but it wasn't a deal breaker for us. We had a great time on our vacation.

Awesome Condo

This was our second time staying at this condo. There were a few things that were upgraded since our last stay which was great. This location on the ocean is why we love this place. Can’t beat the view!

Perfect location. Nice surprise to see that the floors were updated since the website showed carpet. Beautiful views from living room and bedroom.

Beautiful view

Enjoyed our stay, love the shores club, the unit had plenty of room, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and gorgeous view. The furniture is comfortable but dated. The manager was very helpful with the tv . Second bedroom tv needs another cable. Overall a very enjoyable stay

Large unit and well stocked. We expected carpet from the photos and it was wood-like flooring. I think adding some rugs would help.

Great view and location

The facility was very nice and clean. The condo was also clean with a great view. The kitchen was well equipped and we had plenty of room. The bed in the master needs the matress replaced and the condo needs updated. We couldn't find the key to the laudry room until the last day and there were no instructions in the condo. Other than that, it was a great trip.

Needs little update. Supply trash bags Explain where washer and dryer is located Great location to beach In description let renters know there is a canopy. Boards, some sand toys available. We rented those items and then found those in laundry area.

Pleasant Surprise

I was quite nervous about the property based on some of the negative reviews - but I needed two units and this unit and the adjacent one were the only ones I could find that met my needs. When I arrived, I couldn't have been more pleased. Yes, the decor is very, very, very, very dated. However, it was extremely clean and well stocked. You could tell that the management cared about the property and went to great lengths to make it comfortable. As for location, it was perfect. I would love to own a condo there someday. It was an ideal setting.

Good Condo

It’s a nice condo. Has new laminate flooring throughout the main living area and bedrooms. The amenities listed a travel crib but there wasn’t one. The unit was clean and has all of the necessary kitchen utensils. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen needs to be upgraded but everything works as it should. The owners were staying in the unit next to us and we met them. They were very nice. The host replied quickly with any questions. But I would think they would with what they charged in host fees for this unit. All in all we would rent this unit again but we already have a different one booked for next year.

Shores Club

I tried to get login codes 2 hrs before arrival with no communication from the owner via app twice. I finally had to call customer service to get codes. I will say the customer service rep was very helpful & got me into the property. She even called me before she went home to verify I had no other issues. Her name was Tulsa & she was awesome!
