Come stay at this open, light, and comfortable layout home perfect for your family vacation. This 3 bed, 2.5 bath town-home sleeps 6 and a total of 8 allowed. This property is appointed to provide all the comforts of home, while being located just minutes from historic downtown Truckee and world class skiing. Giving you the mountain living experience at its best! It contains a fully stocked kitchen, TV, gas fireplace, dining area for 8. This home also has high speed WiFi, washer/dryer, and attached 2 car garage with a large flat driveway. Come make memories in the Sierras!

The large master bedroom has a balcony overlooking beautiful pine trees, TV and gas fireplace. With an attached master bath with a double vanity, jetted tub, and separate shower. Both guest rooms are also located on the second level with a shared double vanity bathroom. During Summer months enjoy the large back deck off the great room!

Great Stay

A nice family visit to the mountains. Nice location, nice house. The neighbors were clearly having a party, but the shared wall cancelled a lot of the noise and they shut it down at an appropriate time.

Comfortable Duplex in 10/10 Location

Very happy with this rental. Our group found it comfortable and well stocked. Close to dining and skiing. We’d definitely stay here again in the future.

Spacious and convenient

Great place, very spacious. Nice location between Northstar and Truckee, very close to a good grocery store and several popular restaurants. The house was clean and well thought out, with a fully stocked kitchen (including sharp knives - so rare for a rental). Always nice to have a garage too.

Great stay

Beautiful and spacious property! The basics were provided in the kitchen. A total of 8 stayed and were comfortable. Two of the kids used airbeds (that we brought) in the living room. There was an airbed and plenty of blankets upstairs. Close to Northstar and Raleys grocery store!

Love this place!

We really enjoyed our time here. The kitchen was well stocked, very clean and tidy unit. They even had books for children and board games. Very close to groceries and restaurants. I appreciated having access to the garage so we can park the vehicle in there during winter season. Coffee maker was legit. Towels, linens and bathrooms were really clean. Beds were super comfortable. I do wish the nights stand lights had a dimmable feature for kids. We look forward to staying here again.

Great suuner or winter rental

Location can't be beat with access to mountains, trails, biking as well as restaurants. Home is a bit close to 267 but we got used to the traffic noise after a few days with the windows open. Newer development that has been very well maintained. Beds are comfortable though master has a Tempurpedic mattress which some might not love. Kitchen has all the basics to allow you to cook in if you want with outside and indoor seating options. More than ample space for two families to stay if you want. We would absolutely rent from here again.

Great location

The location is fantastic. 10 minutes to downtown Truckee. 10 minutes to Northstar. The place itself is perfectly fine. We could not get sufficient heat into the two back bedrooms for some reason. Other than that, everything worked fine. We checked in an hour early after a long day of travel and were met by a condescending, off-putting property manager. So kind of a rough start to our stay. But all in all, great visit and good stay.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location and had a good stay overall. We sincerely apologize for the issue with the heating in the back bedrooms. I wish we were notified us of the issue earlier in your stay not the evening before departure so we could have come take a look. We’re also sorry for the experience with the property checking personnel—it’s certainly not the impression we want to leave. But without a preapproved early check-in we do need the full time to turn the house around to make sure it's properly cleaned, and stocked for your trip. Thanks again for your understanding, and we hope to welcome you back soon!

Just perfect

We are a small family of 3 and love this location. The condo was perfect - comfy beds, perfect amenities, cozy environment, etc. We will be staying here again.
