2 Bedroom Condo Seven Mile Beach -Sunset Cove - Newly Renovated

The apartment was previously used by us as a home. It has everything you need for a relaxed vacation. It is located on the northern side of the complex with a pleasant peaceful garden view yet close to the action on the Seven Mile Beach corridor where Caymana Bay, the nightlife and famous Seven Mile Beach are located. The amenities of the complex and Margeritaville resort are a short walk away.

This is a 2nd floor apartment. Kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, juicer, toaster and kettle. The fridge has a water filter and ice dispenser. Cooking utensils are provided to prepare meals. We provide towels, beach towels, extra pillows and linens, shampoo and soap. We also have snorkel gear for you to use and assorted pool items for kids. The unit has a 42" flat screen Smart HD television, premium channels, internet chromecast, blueray dvd player with some Dvds. There is wifi coverage.

The resort has its own beach which is great for watching sunsets over the ocean. The rock wall creates a cove where you can snorkel and swim. Outdoor shower for removing sand is located back from the beach. There are a number of different pools in the complex. The largest has a swim up bar/restaurant called '5 O'Clock Somewhere'. Live bands often play there. There is also a small children's pool which is great for toddlers. There is a BBQ entertaining area in front of the children's pool and Margeritaville has another bar and Yara Restaurant. Whilst vacationing in Cayman, I will be more than happy to help you in any way we can. We will also provide you with a cell phone with local coverage.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beach condo! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The easy access to the beach and the pool made our trip perfect. Campbell, the host, was responsive and friendly, making check-in a breeze and was able to accommodate our early checkin request and then, over the top accommodating on our checkout date as well!Can’t wait to come back—highly recommend!”

The property was exactly as described. Our favorite part was the beach cove. Relaxing water and lots of fish seen snorkeling. Location was perfect!

Great location

Great property right on the beach. Convenient location walking distance to several restaurants and markets or can hop onto the public bus easily if your looking to go further along 7 mile beach.

Short stay

The condo was clean, nicely decorated and a great location! Our hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. Having a local phone available was a pleasant surprise and came in handy. We would stay here again if we come back.

Fantastic experience

Beautiful newly renovated condo. Both husband & wife were very responsive. Great beach and reef access as well as great pool and swim up bar. Easy walk to many great restaurants. Highly recommend!

Spring Break

My family and I loved our vacation in Grand Cayman. The condo was clean and great location. The owner Campbell met us at condo when we arrived. He is really nice and he actually took time out of his day to drive us to downtown to the shops. We will definitely stay there again.

Excellent!!!!

We would highly recommend this condo at Sunset Cove! We would love sitting on the deck in the morning with our coffee, looking at the beautiful flowers out back and even had a little view of the ocean. It was fun watching the colorful roosters walking down the path. Sunset Cove has a beautiful beach with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Be sure to bring snorkeling gear with you or rent it, the cove on this beach has so many beautiful fish to see. We even saw a giant lobster! The water is crystal clear. The pool is beautiful with a swim up bar and great food. They even have a band on Friday nights. Campbell is great. I loved the beach hat that was at his condo & he stopped & the store and got one for me!

Home Away From Home in Paradise

I can’t say enough about how much we loved our stay. Campbell has been an incredible host. My parents wished to express additional thanks to him for going above and beyond to help them get settled. Thank you so much! As for the apartment - it was better than described. I thought from the pictures it would be smaller but it is beautiful and spacious. Everything is clean and well maintained. The location is perfect. Steps away from a private cove on 7 mile beach with all the amenities of the Matgaritaville Resort and yet its quiet and feels like home. The only downside I can find is having to leave.

Our stay here was wonderful. The condo was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Campbell was a wonderful host and checked on us the first day to make sure we had everything we needed and was very helpful and informative. Onsite, there were beach and bath towels, numerous water toys and floats including snorkel gear, hand soap, paper towels, washer/dryer with a handful of detergent pods handy or leftover from the previous guest, shampoo/conditioner, bar soap, and a few things of sunscreen and mosquito repellant which came in handy at dusk since we went during the wet season. We enjoyed the spacious deck area for morning coffee and reading. The pool and beach are just beautiful and this location is quite the gem on seven mile beach as some other hotels and condo complexes don’t have much of a beach area due to storm damage. We enjoyed the pool bar - excellent food and laid back vibes - and walked to restaurants nearby, the grocery store on the first day, as well as to Georgetown for some shopping. Would absolutely stay here again.

Average, not great, condo on 7-Mile Beach

OK location, but could have done better. The condo itself is old but has been recently remodeled. This being my first time to GC, I would have selected a more desirable condo in a better location to the north (it's also situated behind an older, abandoned resort - very depressing IMO). We would have hoped the condo had higher quality beds and pillows. The pillows were very firm (not a fan) and the mattresses were not supportive, and not comfortable. We would have liked higher quality kitchen appliances/utensils also - the cutting boards were very worn and the skillet had a handle almost falling off. Limited dishes, glassware and cups as well. At almost 600 per night, I expect better. And please change the plug-in deodorizers - the scent was like an overpowering man's cologne - they made us nauseous. Also to the owner, don't wait to the last minute to provide the lock code and don't drop in unexpectedly to check on us! The man-made lagoon outside was nice but don't expect to see any ocean life - there isn't any. And the pool? No shade and way too warm - not very nice.I've pointed out this property's shortcoming, as I wish I had read in other reviews. Hope it helps the owner and other travelers.

We really enjoyed Sunset Cove. The cove is excellent for swimming-sandy bottom, and the water is deep enough to go over your head. It is uncrowded and you can always get a beach chair in the shade. There is a bar/restaurant by the pool that is good for lunch. The bartenders are friendly. We stayed in condo 207 and it was great. Would love to go back some time.

Campbell’s Awesome Condo

Very Clean and comfortable. Location to the beach and pool were mere steps. Had an ocean view from the balcony. Snorkeling from the beach is great. We saw Blue Tang, Sargent Majors, lobster, rays, and even a trumpet fish.We give it 10/10.

Paradise

The pictures and description do not do it justice. This condo is absolute perfection. It is well equipped, spotless and beautifully decorated. The location is great with many things within walking distance. The pool and walk to a beautiful beach is breathtaking! The host checked in with us upon our arrival to insure everything was okay and assured us we could reach out if we needed anything or had questions. Book this condo! You’ll thank me later!

Great Condo!

Our family of 4 stayed over New Year's and we had a wonderful experience. The condo clean, spacious, and updated. We appreciated the onsite pool, hot tub, and beach access as well as the walkability to many restaurants. Campbell was fantastic to work with and was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely recommend!

This apartment is on the northern side of the complex. On this side it is more quiet , away from the pool and you can relax outside on the balcony in privacy with a tranquil green garden in front of you. It is a 2nd level apartment of a 3 level building.
