This guest had no problems during his stay that we were aware of. If the property was exactly as described we believe it warranted a five star review, as all but one of our recent guests have thought as well. This is our vacation home, and not just a rental property for us. We strive to provide a five star experience, as that is what we want to experience on vacation. We believe that we provide a top-notch experience with all of the amenities that one could need, for less than half of the price of the resorts 5-10 minutes away on 7 mile beach. So again, while we are glad that Bob had a good time we feel that his four star review was not really a fair assessment of our home.

We are delighted that Linda and her family had a great time at our condo. We do try to keep it well-stocked. Although many guests eat out, as it is a vacation, we have tried to stock the kitchen so that you have everything that you could possibly need. We also know that good bedding is important so you can be well rested each day to get out and enjoy all that Cayman has to offer! Linda was a great guest and we would be delighted to have her return.

We were delighted to host Susan and her daughter for her birthday celebration. They were incredibly gracious and understanding guests. We would have to say that they are probably two of our favorite guests that we have ever hosted. Susan was even kind enough to share some delightful pictures of her trip with us. In addition, when they checked out, the condo was spotless, with all the laundry done, trash disposed of, etc, as though no one had even stayed there, which we and our cleaning crew appreciate. We recognize that they went above and beyond to respect and care for our vacation home. We would be delighted to host Susan and her family at any time in the future.

Not only is it nice to receive a review so our potential travelers can see how actual guests enjoyed the accomodations, this one shows how happy our guests are that have chosen this property. For us, it reaffirms why we are doing it. Our goal is to give our guests an experience they cannot get elsewhere. Just because you travel to Grand Cayman doesn't mean you are going to get an insider, "guided tour." Sometimes it is hard to decide where to rent a car from, which restaurants to try, how to see the sites that all the guide books are telling you to see, who to trust with your dive and sea adventure tours. This is what we want to share with our guests. We cant thank you enough for submitting this review. When guests are as much fun and as easy to deal with as you were, it makes it a pleasure to open the doors of your vacation home and say, "Come on in...the water is fine!"

I am sure travelers will enjoy seeing your happiness that you found everything you needed for your stay. There are so many places to choose from, but not all are created the same. We had the opportunity to stock our unit like we live there because...we did live there. I know it is rare for an American to live in a foreign country, but when given the chance to live and work in Grand Cayman, the offer was too good to pass up. Remodeling is very hard if you do not live there so if you want that new feeling, you have few choices. Travelers will also see that visiting Seven Mile Beach is much different than staying on SMB. The traffic, all night noise and shiploads (excuse the pun) of people are great for some people but not everyone. Being able to access all that SMB has to offer while being able to go home when you are done is really the best of both worlds. Similarly, we do not recommend the East End/Northside (unless you really need absolute seclusion) because taking an hour each day/each way in traffic really seems more like a work day than a vacation. And with our locals-only guidance, you know where to go and what to do each and every day of your trip. Finally, the location is amazing for more than just escaping the bustling SMB. Being on the NW Point of the island means that you get to see the entire SMB from your lanai. Watching cruise and Pirate ships, sunsets and the beautiful water from the pool, lanai or seawall makes even not doing anything at all seem like an adventure. Our community is known for peaceful relaxation. If that sounds good to you, maybe you have found your place! Thank you so much for taking the time to submit this review.
