Very nice

The place was very nice. Close to the pool and the beach. They have a great pool with lots of chairs. The beds were comfy, bathrooms clean. We needed to stay an extra day and Billy was able to make it happen seamlessly. Definitely would recommend this place.

Fabulous villa

We stayed for two weeks in Billy Baker's condo at Villamare and had an excellent time. The condo was exactly as shown on the website, very clean, everything was in great condition, Billy was great to work with....we were very happy with our stay! AND....the beach and pools are very accessible. Loved our stay!

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

We had a fantastic view of the pool and ocean. We had morning coffee outside on the balcony. The living space is nice and the kitchen has everything you need. We loved that the condo was on the second floor so we could take the stairs. There is an elevator if you need it. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great view and Location!

My family had a wonderful vacation at this excellent beach condo! The view of the ocean is spectacular and the location can't be beat. Billy, the owner, was very helpful and responsive. He answered his phone right away and he was incredibly helpful. The condo was spotless and well decorated. Our kids enjoyed the tidal pools on the beach, watching deer, the hot tub and pool, and eating dinner on the balcony. We will definitely return!

Perfect location

Our experience renting this condominium was wonderful. The unit is well-maintained, and the property management is responsive and efficient. The location is perfect and is s 30-second walk from the beach. Dolphin-watching at breakfast is always fun!

Exactly what we wanted and great service.

It is very clean, well appointed, and well kept, and overlooks the Beach and pool with 2 balconies. The owner provided helpful information for restaurants, bike rentals and things to do. Its on our list of places to revisit!

Great stay

The unit is very nice and right on the ocean. Beautiful view. The outdoor pool area was under construction but since it was December, we wouldn’t have needed it anyway. Very comfortable king bed and wonderful primary bathroom shower. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Wonderful stay in Hilton Head!

We were so grateful to stay at Billy's property! This is an absolutely amazing condo, with a wonderful view of the ocean. The condo was spotless upon check-in, and the location is perfect for people who are looking for a great time on the beach and at the pool in Hilton Head. Billy was great to correspond with and he was quick to answer any questions that we might have had prior to, and during, our stay. I cannot recommend this rental highly enough; and we will definitely be looking to stay her again during our next trip to Hilton Head.

Beautiful condo

You can't beat the view. Sunrise is gorgeous. The condo was perfect. Extemely clean, nice decor and terrific location. We had everything we needed and more. The owner sent us lots of info and we were able to find restaurants, shopping,and food stores easily. Great condo!

Amazing ocean view condo

Our first time in HH and it won’t be our last. Well equipped unit with very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, in an excellent location with an owner who was readily accessible and extremely helpful. Do yourself a favor and book this place….it’s paradise!

Do not hesitate!

My family and I can’t say enough great things about our stay at Billy’s! The condo is gorgeous and so well appointed, the layout is great for a family traveling. And the proximity to the pool and ocean is absolutely ideal! The ocean views from the living room and two bedrooms and balconies-just breathtaking. We can’t wait to go back! Beautiful, Clean and Comfortable

This place is a dream! Great location. Overlooks the pool and ocean. Bedding and Mattresses we very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. I forgot to mention to Billy that we needed an extra parking pass before we arrived. I called him and he picked up the phone immediately and called palmetto dunes and we were able to get in without waiting. That was huge after a long drive and ready to be there. Thanks for a dream vacay!

Great Week!

We had a great week! The condo was perfectly located on beach. We enjoyed the sunrises and views. The property was well maintained and property owner was super nice. Our only negativity would be the mattresses and bed linens could be upgraded/replaced. Other than that, this condo is very clean, great views and stocked with all your needs!

True experience in a storm

“Debby” hit while we were at Vallamare and while trying to keep the water up that was coming in patio doors to keep it from damaging the Condo, we called Billy-the owner, and ask for a shop vac and he sent his maintenance man and helped us protect the Condo from a lot of damage! Billy was very accommodating!
