We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your property.The wildlife was a highlight; we saw snake birds, sea turtles on the beach, and small turtles in the waterfall pond. As a Master Gardener, I particularly enjoyed exploring the grounds and appreciating the beautifully manicured horticulture.The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and we appreciated how easy it was to communicate with you throughout our stay.Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Unit was very clean and well stocked. Beautiful decor. Angie was such a pleasure to work with, excellent communication and all details of our stay were very clear and easy. The pools were very nice and always clean. Very short walk to the beach and a very nice walkway. Would definitely recommend this property.

As always, it was a very enjoyable stay. We've stayed in this villa numerous times over the years and always have had a great time. The new updates are very nice and the location and views of the pool area and ocean are terrific.Angie is a terrific host and very easy to work with, very responsive to the guests needs or concerns.

This was the perfect place to stay. The condo was clean, and we had everything we needed. It's so close to the beach, and the pool was a nice option when we were looking to take a break from the sand. I look forward to the next trip back!

This Condo tricked all the boxes for us.Clean, comfortable, close to the beach. It was a great size for 4 adults. Communicating with the owner was easy. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved our Hilton Head stay at Villamere. This is the second time we have stayed in this complex and both experiences were dynamite. Our hosts were easy to work with and their home was lovely. We love being at Palmetto Dunes, with direct access to the beach and everything is close. I love to walk to Coligy Beach each morning and get my coffee. We got to see the beach renourishment process which was absolutely fascinating (sorry that does not come with the home and you can't expect to have this opportunity for another 10 years). We would definitely stay in this home again if we had the opportunity.

Fantastic stay! We loved both pools, especially the adult-only pool with its Atlantic view. The balconies offered gorgeous ocean and lagoon views—we even saw turtles, birds, and deer each morning. Beach access was the easiest we’ve ever had, and the condo had the most comfortable mattress ever. Can’t wait to come back!

Everything was as pictured and described. The beds were very comfortable and the new washer and dryer set was so nice to have. The updated pool area is great, too! Angie was very responsive when we had a few questions. Overall, a great stay!

Clean and comfortable. There was some outdoor building maintenance during the day but we were at the beach during most of that time so wasn’t issue. Pool and hot tubs nicely heated. Great location, safe and beautiful landscaping. Would stay again. Thank you!

Great stay!

My family had a great stay at this condo. Easy check in to a lovely unit. Pool area is very nice and beach is right there. I highly recommend staying here.

The villa was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped so it was easy to cook meals. The building is close to the beach and pool areas so it was in the perfect location for me due to a leg injury. The host was very pleasant to work with. We plan to return next year.

We hope you enjoy our oceanfront condo and all that the island has to offer. Maybe 1104 Villamare will be an annual destination for you as well.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We chose to purchase 1104 Villamare because of the proximity to the beach, pool, and other Villamare amenities. Courtyard units rarely come up for sale, so we had to grab this one! Villamare is centrally located on the island, making everything super easy to access, including restaurants, shopping, and activities. Our unit has great separation of sleeping areas with attached decks, providing perfect privacy for us and our guests at the end of the day.
