Relax, recharge, and enjoy everything the Congamond Lake area has to offer from this comfortable Southwick getaway just a short walk from the water.
Perfect for couples, families, weekend escapes, and lake trips, this home offers the ideal balance of relaxation, outdoor fun, and convenient access to local restaurants, boating, and attractions.

A few days before your stay, you’ll receive our online guidebook with house rules, local maps, nearby attractions, and tips on dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Great stay! Easy check in, just as described in the description. Close to golf courses, and great for 4 people or 2 couples. Would 100% stay here again.

Linny's cottage was in a great location, was a great price and was clean and well cared for. Our only suprise was that there were window AC units instead of central air, but that didn't matter because they still kept the cottage comfortable for our stay. We would definitly stay here again if we were in the area.

Linnys lakeview cottage was fantastic! Great location and perfect place for us! They were always in contact for any issues or to just check in on our stay. 100% would recommend this place!

This little cottage in a quiet corner of Southwick, Massachusetts is an absolute gem. Its lake views and proximity to the water, along with its easy access to dining and local activities, makes it ideal for a relaxing getaway. Most especially, super host Linny is fantastic. Her friendly, welcoming, and easy communication style made check-in and check-out stress free. The cottage itself was immaculate, comfortable, and felt like home. Her personal touches of decor and the amenities offered made our stay a joy. My wife and I highly recommend Linny's Lakeside Cottage to anyone looking for a clean, restful, and relaxing getaway. We will definitely be back soon.

Gorgeous, cozy, and quaint little house but plenty of space. Beautiful decor. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Lake is at the end of the street and very beautiful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much!

A perfect retreat!

Linny's was great! Easy access to bike path and lake, and a perfect retreat from the hectic-ness of the Big E. Linny and team were attentive throughout our stay and helpful with answering questions!

In the area for an event at Amelia Park Arena. Cottage was in a great location. Very clean and owners were wonderful. Would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

Lovely, clean cottage!

We had a lovely stay. Very clean and updated cottage on a quiet street. Designed very well so it is more spacious than it may look from the outside! Would happily stay again if we are in the area.

Cute house in a quiet area! Lots of nearby attractions (six flags about 25min away and Stanley Park about 15 min). We had a great time!

Relaxing long weekend

Process was easy, house is very well equipped, you really don't need to bring anything. The neighborhood is quiet and there is good food, groceries and activities all very close by.
