Holly's Haus

This cottage is so charming and had everything we needed while we were in Fredericksburg for a long weekend. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely stay there again.

Perfect location, nice quiet neighborhood, close to everything. This beautiful home served as a great home base for our Fredericksburg weekend. Front porch rocking chairs were a perfect location to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the Texas summer. Decor and design reminded me of grandmas house and all the joy and comfort that go along with it. Pet deposit was reasonable and the semi fenced yard was perfect. Thank y’all for having us, we look forward to returning soon!

We had a vert nice visit. Spent time in the hot tub. Fredericksburg is a great little town for a girls trip. We hiked, shopped, went to winerys, went out for lunches. It was fun . The house wad an easy drive to everything we wanted to do. Definetly recommend

Everything about the property was great and the house was perfect for us. It's in a good location and has all that you need for a very pleasant stay in Fredericksburg.

Cozy and vintage charm, TV could use some upgrading to smart TVs and the motion light outside the room went off lots and pet fee is high. We loved the hot-tub and location close to town.

Holly's House

Loved our stay at Holly's House it is so charming like a step back in time. Loved the front porch, hot tub worked great, plenty of space for four having the two bathrooms were a plus. A few minute drive to Main St or a 15 minute walk. Very quiet and peaceful stay. Loved the wine bottle gift upon check in.

Perfect Holiday Weekend

We (3 best girlfriends) came to Fredricksburg for a weekend of friendship, food and fun. We had oodles of all. The house was perfect for our stay. It is super cute, warm and welcoming. Would definitely rebook.

We absolutely loved our week in Fredericksburg! The cottage is very sweet and charming and gave us a sense of stepping back in time. We loved it so much that we actually modified some of our plans to give us more time "at home" during our stay.

At this location you have to get a key from a lockbox which is a bit tricky. All of the previous reviews stated the host left a bottle of wine and pastries. They did not. We were unable to get the water to come in the shower with the tub, which was frustrating. Also the tvs were small and the bedroom ones didn’t work and the main tv we were only able to get one channel. We were also unable to get a connection with the WiFi.On a good note the beds were comfortable and the place is clean and in a great location.

Peaceful and warm!

My wife and I just wanted a relaxing getaway to celebrate her birthday and we booked Holly's Haus. It was very near perfect for what we needed. Just enough space. Cozy and warm. The beds are very comfortable and the antique furnishings were a nice touch! The living room furnishings were not quite as comfortable as we would have liked, but we did not spend a lot of time watching tv, so overall it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay! We will definitely visit again!

Very clean. Quiet well kept neighborhood. Everything we needed was supplied. Convenient location for Main Street shopping, tours and most attractions. Would stay there again.
