This recently renovated beautiful home has all the beauty, comfort, and location that a guest would need for their travels to Fredericksburg. With its proximity to shopping, wine shuttles, the Nimitz Museum and other great attractions, this home is in the heart of Fredericksburg.

Following a fun filled day, come home to a place where you can relax in the evenings on the front porch or sit under the grape arbor in the back yard while you enjoy your favorite beverage and share quality time with others.

The house had everything we needed and more. Perfect location for walking to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Brad was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend it for small groups wanting to stay in a walkable location.

Amazing house. So comfortable and close to Main Street. Brad is an awesome host and responded quickly to any questions we had. We love to sit out front and greet people walking by. Already booked our next trip!

Conveniently located near Main Street shopping, restaurants and the Pacific War museum. This property was clean, comfortable and charming! We enjoyed coming back to this house that felt like a home so we could relax after a day of walking around town. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was great! Right in the middle of everything and even walking distance to places to eat and drink. It was a little noisy at night with same cars speeding by but it didn't last long. Lots of hidden stuff we loved frozen mug in the freezer, little space heater, fans, extra blankets everywhere, comfy beds, and nice big rain shower. AC and heat worked great. Will be back for sure!
