Wonderful little house just a few blocks from restaurants, museums and shopping. Also a short car ride from outdoor activities and the numerous wineries in the Hill Country.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was great, the backyard with the hot tub was amazing. The property was clean and tidy. Would definitely book again.

My wife and I had a great time. Had a small issue getting in but that was quickly resolved with a call from owner. We used the hot tub in the evening and the small bar-b-q pit and oven to cook and it was all in great working order. The space is small but comfy and the a/c worked great.

We enjoyed our stay in Fredericksburg. The location is close to Main Street. The home was very clean, comfy beds, well stocked and a relaxing backyard area. We will definitely stay there again.

Booked for a friend’s getaway trip and we absolutely loved our stay! The home was modern and we all loved the decor. An added bonus was the beautiful backyard. I would book again in a heartbeat!

We LOVED our stay - it was exactly what we needed for a girls weekend. The location was perfect, it had everything we could think of and we loved hanging out in the backyard by the fire pit. Hopefully we will be back!

My wife and I stayed at this property for two nights celebrating our anniversary. It was a great experience. The property felt warm and inviting from the moment we stepped in the door. Everything we needed was provided. Whether you drive and park or decide to walk to Main Street, the property's location is ideal. The communication with our hosts was outstanding from beginning to end. The hot tub was an added bonus. We certainly recommend this property and its hosts to anyone looking to have a great experience in Fredericksburg.

Came for the weekend with some friends and everything was clean and so cute! The neighborhood was so cozy and our hosts answered any questions we had promptly. We would stay again!

Property was clean and located close to Main Street. Outdoor area is set up nicely to kick back after a long day of shopping and visiting the vineyards.
