This is a beautiful property in a great location! My sisters and our daughters had a wonderful time on our girl’s trip to Amelia Island. The condo was great for 5 women and one pre-teen—having 3 bathrooms and beach access was exactly what we needed. We did not use the pool since it rained most of our stay, but we did have one nice beach day! It was great to have beach chairs available since most of us traveled from out of state. I am not sure how often the pool is cleaned, but it had a lot of debris from the storm which is to be expected. I highly recommend this property and hope to return again soon!

We had the best mini-vacation at this condo. The decor invited us to relax and take a load off. All the rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were plenty for our family of 6. ;). The kitchen was well equipped for the meals we wanted to enjoy making. We enjoyed being far enough out of town to enjoy the peace and quiet this lovely neighborhood offered and close enough to town to be able to enjoy shopping and visiting the neat little restaurants.

Cori is an excellent host. She was especially prompt when answering my questions prior to check-in. The condo was everything as advertised and what we expected for a beach vacation. I would certainly book her condo again.

Spacious and three bathrooms was key with 5 females. Super short walk to a stunning beach. Close to the pool. Walk to the ritz. Downtown historic Fernandina is super cool.

We were in town for a family wedding and this condo was a perfect location and setup for us. Just minutes to everything and a short walk to the beach during the down-time (and when the weather cooperated). Host was very quick to reply to questions. Overall a great stay!

Our family of 6 stayed here for a week at Amelia Beach. The unit was as pictured and accommodated our family well for the week, and I felt it was a good value for what we paid. The convenience of walking to the beach was very nice and the property was very quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful home! It's very spacious with a great balcony and a quick 5 min walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the pools, very refreshing. Cori is great and communicated quickly to my questions.

Nice getaway

Great place to stay. It had everything we needed and plenty of space for our family. The area is great as well and it’s just a short walk to the beach and a nice view of the pool.

As advertised. We had a wonderful time. A little walk to the beach, but on a deck board path. Pool a little cool, but it's early November. We would definitely recommend this property.
