Before booking this condo, please be aware that the windows must remain closed and securely latched throughout your stay. The windows are not to be opened for ventilation or to enjoy the outdoors.

We want to make this policy clear before you book because there have been instances in this building where windows were opened and subsequently fell out, causing damage. If a guest opens a window and it falls out or is otherwise damaged, the guest will be held financially responsible for the resulting damage.
