This condo is located in building 2. Building 1 (which our balcony faces) will be under renovations from mid May through September. We have discounted our rates to reflect this issue. Since we have already discounted the rates, we will not be offering a refund after check in for the disturbance you experience. There will be scaffolding up and some noise during the work.

_________________________________________________________________________Before booking this condo, please be aware that the windows must remain closed and securely latched throughout your stay. The windows are not to be opened for ventilation or to enjoy the outdoors.

We want to make this policy clear before you book because there have been instances in this building where windows were opened and subsequently fell out, causing damage. If a guest opens a window and it falls out or is otherwise damaged, the guest will be held financially responsible for the resulting damage.

Please make sure everyone in your party understands and agrees to this requirement before booking. Thank you for helping us protect the property!
Must be 25 to rent. Person that has booked the stay in their name must be one of the people staying in the unit. No parties are allowed. No smoking in the condo or on the balcony. No pets allowed.

We have the right to cancel and/or evict your from the unit if any of the house rules are broken.
