I'd stay here again!

Love the condo and complex. Two smaller pools. Beach chair service is great. Spacious room. Clean and washer and dryer are a plus. Good amount of space for the price. Prime location. The only thing to note is that the bunk room is very tight. And the beds in the bunk room are on the smaller side. Good for maybe small children only. I'd stay again without hesitation though!

We enjoyed our stay . The property was clean . The bunk room was very small and tight but was okay . Our beds was comfortable and plenty of pillows was available . The kitchen functioned well for our family . The only real negative was one of the elevators was really janky . I thought we was going to get stuck on it but before we left the management had it closed down . I would recommend the property for a family vacation.

Nice place to stay

Beach was nice and close. Shower and water pressure was nice. Multiple food choices nearby. Had a great time

Very clean condo. Stunning views on the balcony. We had a couple small issues and someone fixed it right away. We will definitely book again.

This property has an excellent view with easy access to the pool and gulf. An added bonus was the beach umbrellas and chairs that were provided. It’s also close to a grocery store and some nice restaurants. We loved the understated, beachy decor, and unlike some properties, it has curtains, which is important to us for privacy as well as providing a dark environment for sleeping. The only thing that was lacking in the kitchen was a corkscrew. Everything else was provided. The condo could also use some updating in terms of the mattresses, and the couch in the living room was very dirty and either needs to be cleaned or replaced. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful condo.

We always look forward to a few days on the beach, and this was a nice place to do it! Very convenient location, and comfortable condo!

Wonderful Condo

Our family of four really enjoyed staying in this condo. The view is exceptional, all bedrooms and baths provided everything we needed, and the kitchen accommodated well. We thought the trash chute being right outside the unit would be loud and distracting but it wasn't, just convenient for us. We loved the pools and beach access and having dinner next door at Beal House with beachside live music was a highlight of our trip. And twice we ordered Stewbie's to go and enjoyed it on the balcony together. Can't wait to stay here again!

Beautiful beach

We loved this area. The condo was nice and the view was perfect. Enjoyed having beach service available and the less crowded beach. Can’t go wrong with this place!!

Thanksgiving Break

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The condo was located right on the beach and the heated pool was great for the kids. We also liked the trash shute right outside the front door. We would definitely stay there again.

Family Vacation 2024

We had a fantastic family vacation! We loved the location and proximity to restaurants and shoppIng. The condo was clean and had just what we needed. The view on the beach was priceless! We loved our beach days and dolphin watching!!!

Excellent

This condo was great for my family of 6. Beds were comfortable, showers had great pressure, right by the elevator, carts are available to load things on to bring up or down, pool was always clean, balcony was huge. Check in was a breeze, we had absolutely no complaints. You couldn't ask for a better location, beautiful beach, and great restaurants within walking distance.

Summer Vacay

My family and I had a great time! The condo was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The management company was wonderful as well. Communication was easy, and they were even kind enough to mail my toddlers pillow to us after we accidentally left it behind! Great experience overall and we will be back. :)

Great place with few hangups.

There is No one on hand to enforce the ground rules, especially noise and smoking regulation. Over all it nice beachfront rental.

Had a wonderful vacation at Gulf Dune 413! The kitchen was extremely well stocked with cooking pots, pans, trays, utensils, etc, needed to make cooking so easy! The property is clean and well kept. The decor in the condo was bright and beautiful and the view was amazing !! Sunset Resorts was very helpful and friendly!

Great Vacation Spot

Changed our normal Florida vacation from Indian Rocks to Okaloosa Island. Great beaches with excellent access from condo. Excellent food nearby. Unit had a broken ceiling fan light and the service guy was there immediately to repair. Unit was nice/clean and worked well for 6 of us staying there. Was the 3rd time we've stayed in Gulf Dune and probably more in our future.

Excellent condo. Would have preferred a little later check out. I have stayed at others that have provided a few more basics like salt n pepper, beach towels but overall good vacation.

Our second year in a row being in 413 over the Memorial Day week! Outstanding weather, outstanding accommodations, and couldn't be happier! Upgraded internet kept the kids happy at night! Dan and Trey were amazing again, as always, with the beach services and their offerings!

We love this condo. We spend every morning & evening on the balcony. Nice decor inside. Close dining & shopping. This was our 2nd year renting this condo & will rent again. We just wish we could rent the condo two times or a year.

Amazing Vacation!

Not much bad to say, especially when the weather was so enjoyable and almost perfect in our eyes! Only three minor downsides...no can opener in the kitchen (everything else you might need/want), WiFi did not function properly (would not let multiple devices to connect at once), and the carpets could use a good cleaning. Other than those minor things, the condo was great for our group of 8 (2 adults, and 6 young adults from 18-24). Will definitely stay here again!

Spring getaway!

Very nice unit. Well stocked with any cooking utensil you might need. Lots of dishes, silverware, and pots and pans. Beds were very comfortable and we all appreciated the dishwasher packets, laundry detergent provide by the host. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great condo experience.
