Come enjoy the sunshine!!! Directly over looking the beautiful emerald blue ocean and sugar white sandy beaches of Okaloosa Island, this fabulous 2nd floor condo, has a 3rd floor view! This unit is just a short walk along the beach to the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier and Boardwalk which features a great variety of outdoor restaurants, fine dining and music. Destin and outlet malls are within minutes by car, as well as water parks, movies and mini golf.

This three bedroom, two bath unit is presented with richly colored furniture and bedding. The master bedroom has a King sized bed, private balcony access, and bathroom. The second bedroom offers two comfortable Queen beds, and third bedroom has child-sized bunk beds. Make yourself at home in the living room with a comfy sofa and several deep arm-chairs after a long day playing in the surf and enjoying the resort’s outdoor pool! The fully furnished kitchen and cookware to assist you in preparing homemade meals for loved ones. The spacious balcony is perfect for al fresco dinning and offers beautiful views of the waves rolling off the beach. There are two beach-side pools, tennis courts, a barbecue area, and work out room for your enjoyment.

Perfect get away with the family. Both the pool and beach access are convenient. Condo was spacious enough for us. We had 5 and 2 children. Beds are comfortable, everything you need to cook with is in the condo. Charcoal grills are conveniently located and there are enough there for multiple users. The view is awesome! Will definitely return!!!

The photos are deceiving with the mirror in the living room. The space is small for the price. The beach access is great. There some updates need to be done in the rental especially for the price.

Beautiful beach view, with no obstructions, we even saw dolphins swim as we were enjoying the balcony! Extremely easy access to both beach and pool. Close to several restaurants and activities. Plenty of space for our group of 5. We will be back again!

Great location. Plenty of room for our group. Two young adults were able to sleep on bunk beds, but top is a little tight. Washing machine would only wash a very small load at a time; otherwise it made a loud noise and wouldn’t spin the water out well. It seemed one elevator was always out. I did not try to contact the owners about these issues. Otherwise, we enjoyed the property and location. We had a great time and I would return. I didn’t have to contact the owners while there, but communication before and after stay was great.

Clean and great beach access

We had a great time. Great location to beach and activities. Place was very clean and well stocked for our vacation. Staff was friendly and very accommodating to all our needs and more. Very happy will stay again for sure!

The condo was very pretty and spacious & the beaches and beach access were amazing and very convenient ! The view from our balcony every morning was breathtakingly beautiful. It was super simple to check in/out and the host was so so sweet the few times I had to contact her and very prompt and always helpful!

My impression of the property is that it is poorly maintained and management is more receptive to damage control than customer service. This particular unit is desperately in need of a complete remodel to include plumbing, electrical, flooring, appliances and furnishings. It does have a beautiful beach view, but that is the only thing impressive about it. The location of the balcony leaves you open to constant noise from the pool and the 10pm pool closure is not enforced. During our stay we were met with safety issues impacting a handicapped family member. I would not return to or recommend this property to anyone.

We do want to clarify that the unit is regularly maintained, and while the décor and furnishings may not reflect every guest’s personal taste, we do not agree that the property requires a complete remodel of its plumbing, electrical, flooring, appliances, and furnishings. We take maintenance and safety concerns seriously and address reported issues as quickly as possible during a guest’s stay. We were especially concerned to learn that you felt there were safety issues affecting a handicapped member of your party. Guest safety and accessibility concerns are important to us, and our management team makes every effort to respond promptly when an issue is brought to our attention. The Gulf-front location and beautiful beach view are certainly highlights of this property. As with many beachfront condominium communities, units overlooking or located near the pool can experience additional activity and noise. Pool hours and enforcement of community rules are ultimately handled by the condominium association and/or on-site personnel, but we are always happy to report concerns when they are brought to our attention. We regret that this property was not the right fit for your family. We manage many vacation rentals with different locations, layouts, amenities, and levels of updating, and we always encourage guests to contact us during their stay so we have the opportunity to address concerns when possible. Spacious condo, perfect for families

The condo was quite spacious. I liked that my family had room to spread out. The condo was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was really amazing! I would bring my family to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time staying here! The beach was amazing, and the beach service that came with the unit was even better! Management was easy to contact and very helpful...issues were resolved immediately. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definately choose this place in the future!

Beautiful View

The condo was clean and had a beautiful view! We had a very comfortable stay and really enjoyed the area! Thank you so much!

Gulf Dunes

We stayed in Gulf Dunes, and had a great vacation. We loved watching the beach from the living room and bedroom. The bed and living room furniture was comfortable.
