Loved my family really enjoyed the easy access to condo the view was awesome the condo was very clean and beautiful! The beach access was beautiful water was perfect! Thank you my son got married on the beach it was amazingly beautiful!

Arrived to find the condo had not been cleaned, Pinkie immediately resolved the issue. Master bedroom fan was not functioning properly, again Pinkie immediately resolved with a new ceiling fan. Well stocked kitchen, full size washer and dryer, nice beds, good flooring for the beach. Covered parking is a plus as well as beach set up. The living room furniture and rug needs to be replaced. Cloth chairs and Rug are stained and need a deep clean or replacement. Sleeper sofa is sagging. The throw pillows are filty. This is our families favorite condo in Gulf Dunes for the past 18 years. We love the stairs are close and easy to the room rather than waiting on elevator. Pinkie is a wonderful host with prompt response time.

Loved the location of this condo. Corner unit. Stairs or elevator easy access to get down to parking or pool/beach. Beach chairs perfect. Not very crowded area of beach.

We had a great stay. Beds are comfortable, has a Keurig coffee maker, nice spacious fridge. Great location.

Condo was clean and well stocked. The only negative is that half of the wall outlets did not work. Could not watch TV in the queen room.

The location was perfect, the beach was beautiful and great places to eat and shop within walking distance. The condo was neat & clean and just as pictured online. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Great view?

Love the balcony to watch sunrise and sunset. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable.

Nice place

It’s an older condo, but they’ve kept it clean and looks remodeled. It’s right on the beach with great views. I like this kind of also because it’s on the second floor so you don’t have to take the elevator

Beautiful and convenient

This unit is decorated beautifully and has very nice appliances. It’s conveniently located and the beach service was awesome.

The location is great and the condo was good with the one exception. It needs new furniture in the living area badly. A sectional with recliners would fit perfectly. A new rug would be great too.
The couch is old and very uncomfortable. Rug was old and stained.
Beds were comfortable and plenty of blankets and additional pillows.
The kitchen was well stocked. All appliances are newer and in great working condition.
The view was amazing.

The condo was nice with a great balcony and the location was even better. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and even the liquor store. We thought we were short on towels, but realized there was a load of towels and sheets in the drying the housekeeping crew forgot to take out. I think the condo could use a fresh coat of paint.

Vacation

Everything was good except the weather. Really windy so couldn’t get on the beach as much as we would have liked, but there were other things to do and a lot of restaurants that were close by. Property was convenient to the zoo, grocery store, and everything we needed.
