Our host was very accommodating and pleasant. The beach house was spacious and satisfied our every need. It had beach chairs available, beach umbrella, beach towels and mats ready to use. It was a short walking distance from the beach. It was a short walk to the Hollywood Boardwalk, the big theater, restaurants & Riptide. The kitchen was spacious & clean. We loved having breakfast every morning in our beach house. We had a wonderful vacation and our beach house was perfect for our needs.

Great stay

Super location, only a minute or so from the beach. Host was great and very informative. The facility was even better hyan expected.We have nothing but compliments for the entire experience. We hope to return soon.

Spring break trip

We enjoyed our stay! Our teenagers appreciated being able to get to the beach and boardwalk activities on their own. The adults enjoyed the balconies for reading and relaxing. The house is well stocked and was a great place to stay. Owners are very responsive to questions.

Very pleased

We were very comfortable at this property. Very welcoming by the owners. Nice amenities & fully stocked with anything you might need. Comfortable beds. Perfect location……very close to the beach & many good restaurants. A winner!

Second time staying here with 6 friends. We had a wonderful experience. The owner has everything ready to go. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The bedding is great and more available if you want to freshen sheets during your stay. We used an air bed, supplied by the owner, instead of the sofa bed. Kitchen is well supplied and many guests have left food prep items like hot sauces, spices and just other items you might need when cooking. The owners are available to ask questions throughout your stay. The location is really steps from the boardwalk and beach. I said I would be back and I was back! Thanks again owners!

Great location and great house for a large family

We wanted to do a family vacation with our grown up kids (18-22) and a friend of them. We were 6 in total and the house was a perfect fit for us. Large bedrooms and bathrooms, nicely furnished and parking space conveniently located in front of the house. The house is few steps away from the beach and is located on the southern side of the boardwalk, which is a very nice area. Owner is great and very accommodating, allowed us to check our later. We had a great time, and I do recommend this rental location.

Great Location

The house is very clean, has everything you need, new kitchen, great decks and perfect owners. Down side it is a little outdated. Go to the beach or boardwalk if that bothers you. They are both steps away!!!! My friends and I enjoyed ourselves very much and will stay again next year. Making coffee and appetizers and relaxing on the deck each morning/afternoon was very nice. Big table for dining, washer and dryer, dishwasher all were great. A/C worked well too!

Location at Hollywood Beach!

This property was as advertised. The 3.5 bathrooms were a perfect fit for our group. If you're in a group/big family, you like your own bathroom, period! Done. Location was absolutely perfect! Get out of your Uber, park the rental car, or exit the taxi, turn your body 90 degrees towards the East....and yes that's the Blue/Green tropical water of the Southeast Atlantic Ocean! Walk the half block to the 'Broad Walk' or Board Walk as most call it, and boom, the world is at your beck and call! Cafes, Coffee places, Restaurants, Dessert, the Beach, the Ocean, bikes, scooters, walkers, runners, Flow Riders at Margaritaville. There are multiple very good restaurants and bakeries the other direction as well.(towards Ocean drive-intracoastal) The property is older. It's easy to find. The owners were easy to work with, check-in is easy, and the parking is simple! (2 spots) The Hollywood Blvd ramp practically spits you out onto your road. The price was fair. You can get cheaper, but good luck getting the bang for your buck. Especially that close to the action. Not happening. It wasn't too loud, and the neighborhood seemed reasonably safe. We would go again for sure! They left a fruit basket out with fresh apples, oranges, banana's, etc. Great Touch! Games for families and TVs for chilling (if you need that) Chairs, beach towels, and a cooler are also provided. Check out was Gravy. No problem. The pictures on VRBO were arcuate. Thanks again.

Great location

Great place to stay in Hollywood. This was our first time in this area and home was centrally located. We did not have a car. Everything is in walking distance.

Beautiful and Practical Stay!

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for the week! We were pleasantly surprised by the included amenities (plenty of toiletries in each bathroom, so many towels and extra bedding, etc.) and how well-stocked the house was in the kitchen and elsewhere. It is in a perfect location to the broadwalk and our biggest struggle was deciding where to get food because there were so many good restaurant options nearby! The host was extremely kind and accommodating, and we would definitely stay here again!!
