Courtside 113 - Forest Beach Townhouse

Courtside 113 is a two-story townhouse, one flight above street level. Courtside is 1.5 blocks from the beach and next door to Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. King bed in master bedroom, two doubles in bedroom 2, living room has queen sleeper sofa.

Summer Vacay

Second time staying at Courtside Villas and did not disappoint. Walking distance to the beach and pool was a great treat afterwards. Coligny Plaza is just a quick bike ride or walk away for shopping and dining.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were some issues with the condo that were promptly addressedAs by Sea Shore maintenance. Pros: location, master bedroom and bath comfortable, nice TV in living room.Cons: lighting in kitchen poor, pool not open until April 1 was the highest disappointment to grand kids. That should be clearly stated in on line property description, and it was not.

A Nice Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was in a great location - easy walk to Coligny Plaza and beach. The set up of the inside was good and it was well equipped. Everything functioned well. Beds very comfortable, nice bathrooms. It was a bit dark inside so we got higher wattage bulks. Nice dining room table set, living room furniture was too soft and quite uncomfortable. Beach chairs would have been a good addition. We were not eligible for the discount. A nice unit. Seashore Vacations was helpful and easy to work with - thank you.

Great location

Great location, but lack of attention when it comes to cleaning. The cleaning crew just sweeps around everything, there was stuff under the kitchen and coffee tables. The kitchen walls need a good wipe down. There is also a lack of blankets in the unit. Towels in the unit are hit or miss, some are great and other are super thin and have holes. The noise from the pool goes on all night. The bikes are awesome to have.

Our Happy Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in various condos in the Courtside complex over the years. This one was one of the more comfortable rentals. It’s been updated beautifully to have all you need in terms of beds and comfy living room seats. If you are like us and enjoy good blankets even on hot days I would suggest to bring your own. Otherwise this place was well stocked and for our party of 4 adults and 2 kids it was PERFECT!! We plan to rent this one again!!

Exactly as listed!

We had a wonderful time during our stay! Walking distance to nearly everything we did throughout the week including bike rentals which were nearby. Pool was clean and relaxing. Would definitely recommend as we would not hesitate to come back for another stay.

Enjoyed our time!

Always love the location of this property. We have stayed at many courtside properties and this one was as nice as any! Clean, comfortable beds. We did have trouble finding extra sheets for the pullout couch bed. But we ended up not needing it so it was fine. If you plan to use it though, be cautious. Other than that it was a great stay and I only have good things to say!

Great Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation condo is pretty much perfect. It's only a 7-10 minute walk to the beach, plenty of space to spread out inside. One of the two community pools is just out the backdoor and down some stairs. It's within walking distance of Coligny Beach Plaza where there are tons of shops and restaurants. The only downside is the beds are appx 6 inch foam mattresses... not the most comfortable for adults, but they were very clean.

My grandson crawled on them when we first got there and they where filthy. The front door is hard to unlock also. Other then those issues it was a wonderful place to stay and it was close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and made wonderful memories.

Excellent stay!

Courtside 113 was very clean and tastefully decorated! Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied. Air conditioner worked well. Location was great - short walk to the beach or Coligny Plaza, and a pool out the back door. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything you need for the vacation

Apartment located a few minutes walk from the ocean. There is a short drive to the public beach, where's plenty parking space and everything you needed to rest. It is not high scale apartment, but it is clean and hommy. We enjoyed

First time to Hilton Head, SC

The washer machine was extremely loud - sounded like it was ready to break. Did not like the spiral stairs going down to pool area. Wish I was told beforehand how many stairs there were. If I knew then, what I know now....

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We make regular visits to HH and have stayed in various condo complexes (including this one). Without doubt, we could not have been more disappointed with this condo as it needed updated and thoroughly cleaned. While we understand that most condos are frequently used, this one was the worst we've encountered for a long time. The pillows on the beds needed replaced as they were highly soiled with brown stains on some. The furniture was dirty, stained, and uninviting. As well, some of the blinds/window coverings were not in good working order! The consultant we talked with at the time of making our reservations highly recommended this unit (in comparison to the one we rented last year), saying it was much nicer and more comfortable, but nothing could have further from the truth!
