Come and enjoy our home away from home. Our condo has 2 spacious BRs. The Master BR has a king bed with ensuite. The 2nd BR has 2 twins with access to a 2nd full BA. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, so our unit can comfortably sleep 6. This is a ground level villa with a beautiful back patio for outdoor dining. Fully equipped, and newly renovated for a relaxing family vacation.

Our beautifully renovated villa is a short walk to the Beach, Restaurants, and Shopping at Coligny Plaza. With access to 2 pools and bike\walking paths, as well as one FREE hour of tennis per day at the Van der Meer Tennis Center.

Just Perfect!

From the moment you walk in the door it’s perfect! Huge refrigerator and all the cookware we needed. Large counter to serve buffet style or at the large dining room table. Rexax in the living room to enjoy tv or music then step outside to the patio with table and chairs to dine outside. Then a few more steps and you are at poolside. We had the best weekend! You must stay here! Close to the beach, pool, shopping, and dining. This place is perfect!!

Roomy and clean

There were 3 of us staying at this location. Plenty of room. Super clean. Very relaxing. Easy access to restaurants, beach, thrift stores, grocery stores, consignment shops on the island. Easy to get into and out of the condo. Everything was in good working order. We loved it and would stay there again.

Spacious and Great Location!

A great place to stay when visiting Hilton Head! It was bigger than the pictures portrayed and the master bed was super comfortable. Check-in and Check-out were both straightforward and simple. We had a minor issue and the owner was very responsive and had someone come fix it same day. It was clean and a short drive to the beach. Thanks for letting us stay at your place!

This property is as stated! We found it to be spacious and well stocked for our stay. We loved how close the pool was and the beach was only a short walk. Was a good choice for our family which includes younger children. Owners were great to work with also!

Great Condo

Very nice and clean. Just like the pictures. Plenty of room for a family. Short walk to the beach. Host was easy to contact and quick to respond. The pool is very close. We had a great week, and definitely would recommend this unit.

Very comfortable

Was a very nice place to stay with my family of three. Clean and comfortable place to stay at. Great location for access to shops, restaurants and the beach by walking or riding bikes.

Had a wonderful stay!

We were there for our sons tennis camp at VanDerMeer and this couldn’t have been more convenient. We had lovely stay and enjoyed the condo pool being practically in the backyard. Highly recommend this place.

Awesome long weekend

The unit was an excellent choice it was stocked with everything we needed from extra pillows, and towels. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We love the location only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We’ve stayed at Courtside Villas many times and this was by far the best unit we’ve ever stayed at. Thanks for a great long weekend.

Great stay in HH

Loved the first floor. Pool right by place. Main bedroom was nice size. Lots of kitchen stuff for cooking, glasses, etc. laundry room easy access. I really liked the coded door to enter and leave. Would stay there again.

Great stay

Our stay was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. We have no complaints at all. From the booking process to checking out to head back home from our spring break vacation we have no complaint. We will be coming back to Hilton head for sure. Our kids really enjoyed the short walk to beach and park as well as the bike rentals we had the duration of our stay. Thanks again to the host for the clean and beautiful stay at their rental home.

Great Vacation Experience

The property was exactly as advertised. The owner was easy to deal with and communication was great. Quick walk to the beach or Coligny Plaza. We had a very minor issue during our stay and the owner took care of it immediately with no effort on our part. I would highly recommend this location and this owner.

Walking distance to the beach

We enjoyed the stay. The bed was very comfortable and the accommodation were great. Community pool needs some cleaning.

Stay in Hitlon Head

Condo was nice and well supplied. Walk to Beach isnt too far. We did have an issue with the Dryer and i sent a text to the number on the sheet. They responded within about 5 minutes and the dryer was fixed by the time we got back from the beach. We had a good time and would consider staying there again

Great property close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was as described. Kitchen stocked. Beds comfortable and close to the beach. Communication with owner was quick when we arrived early and requested a potential early check in. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay at this property again!

Great location

The place was amazing! We loved the location. Everything including beach, shopping, some restaurants and a really cute park/play ground was within walking distance (about 10-15 min walk). The condo was clean and the perfect size for us!

Mini Spring Break Trip

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. We had no complaints. When we had questions, they were answered very quickly. We would definitely stay here again on future vacations for HHI.

Would love to come back.

This unit is very well stocked with all need for a great stay. Great location, 5 minute walk to beach, on site pool is well maintained. Nice ground floor unit with nice large patio.

We currently reside in NYC, but love the change of pace in Hilton Head Island. We don't get there enough, due to our busy lives, but when we do, it gets very hard to leave! We love the leisure of the beaches, pools, walking/bike paths and of course the golf that the island offers. If you love the Ohio state Buckeyes like us, you will find yourself in very good company in Hilton Head!!

Our main floor villa is spacious-at close to 1250 sq. ft with an extended outdoor patio, it feels open and homey. It's bright and the rooms are all very large. If you don't feel like walking to the beach for the day, you can simply walk out the back door to one of the 2 pools in the complex. It's a short walk to almost everything you need including a beautiful bike/walking path, grocery stores, and restaurants. If you don't have to drive anywhere if you don't want to! :)
