Welcome to the sunny skies of Hilton Head Island! Hilton Head is known not only for it's beautiful white sandy beaches and amazing sunrises and sunsets but also for the many recreational activities available. Enjoy fishing, boating, golf, tennis, dolphin watching and much more. Miles and miles of bike paths serve as an easy access to our many restaurants and shops, as well as Hilton Heads famous Coligny Circle.

Our fully furnished two bedroom and two bath villa is located on the ground floor of the Dunes Villa complex. A reserved parking spot is just steps away from the front door. When not at the beach, enjoy the convenience of our outdoor pool. The Dunes complex is directly across from the Marriott Grand Ocean Resort, which has a beach side tiki bar open to the public. The Alder Beach public access provides a short and easy walk to the beach and has outside showers and public restrooms.

Our beautifully updated family friendly and super clean villa has new paint, carpet, ceramic tile floors, and Corian counter tops. Our no step villa also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a side by side washer and dryer, comfortable seating, beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes and a wagon! All you need to bring are your clothes and beach towels! The master bedroom has a comfortable and new queen size bed. The second bedroom as two twin size beds. There is also a queen size pull out couch located in the spacious living room. Both the living room and bedrooms have flat screen TV's and DVD players. The living room also has a VHS player. We provide cable TV and secured WIFI

We have done our best to make this villa your home away from home, and we look forward to you returning for years to come! Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 10:00am.

Amazing location

Can't beat the location of this condo. Walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Very spacious and well equipped. The bikes were great.

Great find!

This was the perfect place for me and my family! It was quiet, clean, and close to the beach. We enjoyed the bikes provided, as well! We will definitely be booking again!

Great condo close to the beach

We had a wonderful time here during our June trip. With little kids (4 and 8), an easy walk to the beach is my #1 criteria and this walk was perfect (about 5 minutes) with nice bathrooms and a restaurant right at the beach access. Only about .5 miles from Coligny Circle too so we rode bikes to the coffee shop some mornings, which was lovely. The condo was so well stocked - both inside (kitchen supplies were great) and gear for outside (beach chairs, toys, wagons, umbrellas, bikes). The complex is small so running back to the condo from the pool was easy and quick too. The owners were wonderful too and easy to communicate with. Such a great place to stay and a wonderful vacation!

Stay at the Dunes, H-1

Communication with our hosts was great. Check in went smoothly. Location was great! Beautiful pool. Short 8 minute walk to the beach. When tide was out could ride bikes on the beach, which were provided. Within walking distance to a shopping square by the public beach. Could walk to get morning coffee. Central location for several good restaurants. If stay is longer, close enough to visit Savannah and Charleston. Much golf available. Pleasurable month of April stay. Awesome weather.

HHI - MARCH 2024

Extremely clean property. Well equipped kitchen. Good location. Only 15 min walk to Coligny circle, less than 10 mins to beach. Communications with owner was excellent and responsive. Bikes available with property were a plus.

Very nice

Very clean and well maintained condo. Beachy decor and everything you need for a great stay. Within walking distance of beach. Only negative thing is the couch is uncomfortable.

Great place for a Hilton Head Getaway

I stayed in this lovely condo for 5 nights and enjoyed it immensely. Being close to the beach and having the use of bikes for other HHI activities was awesome. Master bedroom was comfortable. There was a difficulty with signing into WiFi initially, but the owners were beyond wonderful at communication and getting the issue fixed. The kitchen has everything you may need, but no extras for preparing meals except salt and pepper and a couple of other spices (no coffee or tea provided). Beach gear is worn and some is broken, but I found a chair that worked OK. And don't forget your beach towel!!

Fantastic condo!

It has everything you need! Kitchen has it all. Nice and quiet area. Short walk to the beach. Short bike ride (great to have bikes included!) to Coligny Shopping and park. Pool is heated and kids loves in in November! Owners are really helpful! On the top of our list for our next trip!

The BEST place

This was so clean, very welcoming, and our hosts are great at communicating! We had a parking pass in advance and tons of stuff to use while there. My kid loved the VCR (once we explained it) and there are lots of bikes and beach stuff including a cart. Easy walk to the beach and the pool area was super clean also. Bring bug spray as there are mosquitoes out back near the hose. Twin beds were more comfy than queen for us but we like very firm mattresses. Kitchen was well equipped too. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Great location, well equipped

Nice place, conveniently located, and nicely equipped with beach chairs, wagon and plenty of bikes. Short walk or bike ride to the beach and Coligny Circle. Would do it again.

Paradise at Hilton Head

The villa was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed all the beautiful trees surrounding the beach. The owners of the Villa are very helpful! The public access to the beach was easy to find and it wasn’t a difficult walk with the beach wagon. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our time at Hilton Head. Property was great, perfect location. We loved biking everywhere and were happy there was a bike for everyone. Owners were accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Great little condo

Great condo and great people to work with! Had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It's great that they have the bikes available, we took morning rides on the beach and was able to bike to a few places to eat. Its a bit of a hike to the beach but if your spending the day at the beach its great! We will be back!

A Good Stay

First and foremost, Tom and Joyce were very easy to communicate with. Upon booking, directions and materials were mailed to us and they were very responsive via email to our questions. They also checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything, which was nice. We didn't have any major problems during our stay, but I know if we did, they would have addressed them immediately. The unit was clean and as advertised. Neutral observations: I would call the furnishings "renter grade." The furniture is wicker and the electronics are dated. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the extras that you would need. However, there wasn't any room for pantry items, as every cupboard was full. We had to put our dry food on the bar area, which took away seating. The owners supplied all sorts of beach gear: chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, wagons, and even bicycles. It's so generous and convenient to offer these items, but they are certainly in used or even damaged condition (other than a new beach umbrella). However, I'm certain this is a result of careless renters. I wish the door had a digital keypad lock for convenience. The location of the parking spot is fantastic, literally steps from the door. The pool is about 40 steps away and heated. My boys loved it! The beach was a bit farther than we expected, but we were pulling a large wagon and toting two kids with us. I timed it and it took us 9ish minutes. Overall, Tom and Joyce were great hosts.

Super easy access to everything in the more southern part of the island.

Glad I stayed in this location as the beaches are much wider. Spent some time at Loggerheads. I just wanted one of those fancy beach shades some people had until I found out they were $$$$$ My son does not like to stay in one place for too long so being so close was great and he loved the heated pool!

Truly is just another day….

Very much enjoyed the pool and all the great items for kids to play with. The bikes were also a hit. I’d say the only drawback was outside of the owners control - we had someone above us that was on the phone into the wee hours of the morning. That kept my wife and I up on separate occasions. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay very much!!!

Awesome Location

We had a great time at HHI and this property was in an awesome location and was just the right size for my husband and I. W/in walking distance of the beach and an ocean front grill/bar. We enjoyed riding the bikes too! We will definitely be back!

Perfect for Spring Break!!

We had a great first time visit to Hilton Head. It was perfect for our family. My two girls thought riding bikes on the beach was the coolest thing ever. The villa was clean, stocked, and beachy. It was very quiet too. And a close walk to the beach. Working with Tom was a pleasant experience. He went above and beyond to keep us informed and connected. We hope to be back soon!!
