'Just Another Day In Paradise' in our 2BR-2BA Villa

Welcome to the sunny skies of Hilton Head Island! Hilton Head is known not only for it's beautiful white sandy beaches and amazing sunrises and sunsets but also for the many recreational activities available. Enjoy fishing, boating, golf, tennis, dolphin watching and much more. Miles and miles of bike paths serve as an easy access to our many restaurants and shops, as well as Hilton Heads famous Coligny Circle.

Our fully furnished two bedroom and two bath villa is located on the ground floor of the Dunes Villa complex. A reserved parking spot is just steps away from the front door. When not at the beach, enjoy the convenience of our outdoor pool. The Dunes complex is directly across from the Marriott Grand Ocean Resort, which has a beach side tiki bar open to the public. The Alder Beach public access provides a short and easy walk to the beach and has outside showers and public restrooms.

Our beautifully updated family friendly and super clean villa has new paint, carpet, ceramic tile floors, and Corian counter tops. Our no step villa also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a side by side washer and dryer, comfortable seating, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon! All you need to bring are your clothes and beach towels! The master bedroom has a comfortable and new queen size bed. The second bedroom as two twin size beds. There is also a queen size pull out couch located in the spacious living room. Both the living room and bedrooms have flat screen TV's and DVD players. The living room also has a VHS player. We provide cable TV and secured WIFI
