Caribe B Penthouse 4 is professionally managed by Sunset Properties.

This condo will sleep 6
· Master bedroom - King bed - Master bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower
· 2nd bedroom - King bed - bathroom
· 3rd bedroom - King bed - bathroom

You must be 25 years old to rent this condo. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Penthouse unit over looks the Gulf of Mexico. Unit features a King in master bedroom with private balcony access.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a Keurig, and a wet bar with ice maker. There is also a full size washer and dryer and Free Wireless internet.

Caribe Resort is located just to the east of Perdido Pass in Orange Beach.

Property amenities include 3 outdoor pools, 3 indoor pools, a lazy river, 2 water slides, kiddie water slide, 3 indoor hot tubs, his/hers saunas, fishing docks, outdoor BBQ area, shuttle to beach, Bocce ball court, 3 lighted tennis courts, a putting green and fitness center.

There is free wireless internet available throughout property. Cobalt Restaurant is located on-site for a beautiful dining experience. Just one half mile to the west is The Gulf, a casual outdoor dining venue.

One GRC (Guest Registration Certificate) is included in the price quote. If you would like to purchase the second GRC please let us know.

Beautiful

The condo was very spacious and the views were amazing. I loved the ability to walk next door for the great food and atmosphere at the Cobalt restaurant.

Relaxing vacation with a beautiful view

The view from this condo is spectacular for watching the sunset and dolphins playing in the bay. The condo was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Loved the Cobalt next door and the trolley to the beach.

Beach trip!

We had a great stay at our condo at the Caribe! Plenty of room for our group and lots to do! The only suggestion for future visits is fixing the living room curtains so that there is plenty of privacy, especially at night. Other than that, we had a great time! Will definitely be back!

Just love Caribe Resort

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay 9/21 to 9/28/24. Weather was perfect and the storm Helena stayed away. Resort amenities are very nice with the lazy river, outdoor and indoor pools, putting green, docks for fishing, grills for cooking chicken and burgers, coffee shop, etc. view from porch is wonderful with high top table and chairs. Kitchen needs a few items for those of us who cook a lot on vacay but Sunset Properties say they will get all the items needed. Great stay with family, relatives, and friends

Favorite place to kick of Summer!

We love staying here to kick off the summer. If I had one tiny complaint, it’s the supplies (or lack of) in the kitchen. The unit could use a few more kitchen items (pots, pans, measuring cups, etc)

A bit of a let down

The view was great, but the condo was a let down. It needs major updating! Don't think like I did that Penthouse, Wow, cause it's not. Master bath needs overhaul, whole unit needs paint, TV's in 2 bedrooms so small didn't know they were still making them, and decor/ furniture was not impressive. The resort was great. Lazy river area has been updated as well as putt putt area.

Summer Trip 2024

The property was as advertised. The view from the back deck is second to none. The bedrooms were all very nice and well equipped. The kitchen had a lot of appliances. TV s in front two bedrooms need to be updated. Washer and Dryer were a welcomed addition. Unfortunately the dish washer did not work. The entire building fire alarm went off several times. We were told it was a system problem and it was fixed after 2 days. Pools were great and the Putt Putt course was fun. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words

The pictures of the condo shows one thing, in person is a little different. Some cosmetic work is needed on the unit itself, such as painting and repair work on those items that do not function properly in the unit. More attention to detail, stocked items, needs to be observed so that travelers have the items needed in order to make their stay comfortable.

Nice property but could use some improvements

Our ice machine did not work. We reported the issue and maintenance came out but it still never worked. Unit needs more bath towels. We had 5 people and only had 6 towels and 6 bath clothes. We made it but it seemed like we were constantly washing towels. Other than that we had a wonderful experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in april 2022. For the condo to have 3 king beds and only 4chairs for sitting on the balcony was surprising, we had 6 adults. The condo was overall clean, BUT there were many unclean things. There was mold on the inside of the drapes in the master bedroom and on the wall. The dishes in the cupboards had to mostly be rewashed and some pots and pans were still dirty from cooking, but put away. The couch definitely needs to be replaced, springs in areas come up and poke you. there were a lot of cobwebs ( not a big deal, but I would want to know if I had a cleaning crew that wasn't doing the best job)The view is amazing and other than the cleaning issues and sofa,our stay was wonderful !!!!

Penthouse at the Caribe is the way to go

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from this unit is fantastic. The condo was clean and worked well for our family. There was a small number of essentials included (dishwashing detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc) and this was relayed in our email from the property management so we were fully aware we would need to get additional if we needed it. Very clear instructions and it helped with our trip prep. The property is very nice - of course, there are small things that might be an issue for some people (peeling paint on a wall, a lampshade needs replacing) but that is the case with any property that is rented and enjoyed! I am very picky about the places I rent, and this one did not disappoint! They have done a great job and I would definitely rent it again. Thoroughly enjoyed the rental and the Caribe property. Pools and lazy river were open. Hot tubs were closed. And by the way, you can stand on the balcony of this unit and watch the dolphins! Great trip!

Resort is spectacular

The room was VERY OUT DATED had only one panel of drapes that were barely hanging on the rest were gone the bedspreads were old faded and nasty caulking around tub and shower was missing and filthy floors were sticky glass doors and tracks were dirty the refrigerator was missing parts the dryer did not have a filter it was broken bad fire hazard

Condo in need of attention

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rent units in Orange Beach in various buildings/locations 3-4 times a year, and this one was one of the most lacking and in need of refreshment of the amenities:- king size bed in master, but there were twin size pillow cases used, leaving half the pillow exposed - NOT acceptable;- 2 sets of towels in each of the 3 bathrooms. 6 towels for a 3 BR condo is insufficient - other condos have 4 sets in each bathroom- Kitchen was severely in need of refreshment - (a) severely incomplete set of silverware; and (b) old, stained pots/pans- Washer/dryer too small for a 3 BR condo - could only wash 3 beach towels at a time
