Enjoyable stay!

This property is great! The proximity to the pool and the beach are perfect. The rooms and common area were large and clean. We had a great time!

Peaceful Community!

The property was very clean & well furnished. 360 Blue scheduled a repair while we were there. That could be my only possible complaint.

Great unit. Needs some TLC

Unit was just as advertised. Great location and all the amenities you could need. The only issues were, horrible internet, two windows in one of the bedrooms that would not close and no remote in the owner’s suite.

Beautiful Place

We loved the neighborhood and the proximity to the beach. Couple of things and I really hate to bring it up. Nowhere in the listing did it mention the parking spot wasn’t available because the owner has a car parked there. Listing says to park between the pool and condo. No biggie but when we arrived after dark to find no other cars parked in the pool lot with signs everywhere stating no parking and violators are subject to towing. The car didn’t get towed and I went the next morning and picked up a car tag so all was well. Second item was the voicemail that was on my phone when we got off our flight stating the refrigerator was broken and call them to discuss. This is a big deal as we like to have our meals in the condo. The lady’s response was that they’ll provide us an ice chest for the week! Ultimately I had another more helpful call the next day and after about twenty minutes of pleading they did deliver a refrigerator and parked it right in the middle of the kitchen. So that ended up okay too. Other than that it was great.

October 2021 Stay

Absolutely wonderful! From booking to checking out, our trip was wonderful. The property was just as described. It felt like Florida meets Nantucket with finishes that were tasteful but not fussy; You could totally relax! The beach and the dunes were so private compared to much of the coast. We will definitely be back!

February 2018 Stay

What an amazing vacation! My husband and I love taking a break from the cold and bringing our two young boys down to the beach this time of year. This was our first time staying at Watersound and I don’t think we will stay anywhere else on 30A ever again! We took long walks around the property and rode bikes to Rosemary and Seaside. It’s the perfect location. The unit was equally amazing. It had everything you would ever need in the kitchen and all the pots and utensils were in good condition which is hard to find in a rental. You can tell the cleaning service really pays attention to details when readying for the next guest. The one and only concern was that there was no allotted “pantry” space. We ended up just putting our food items in a basket but if we were there longer it would have been inconvenient. 360 Blue did an incredible job from the second we made the reservation to the second we left. They even sent someone immediately to fix a bike issue while we were out exploring. We def will come back!

December 2017 Stay

My adult daughter and I had not seen each other in about a year and a half. We had a wonderful time at Christmas in Watercolor, and specifically in this property, simply relaxing, reading, watching movies and enjoying the beautiful gulf views right from the porch and the living room. We experienced mild (for me) weather. The temperatures were in the high 50s to mid-60s in Watercolor, but in the teens back home. This is an extremely nice residence. It is very well built. Solid. Quiet. Beautifully decorated. It is totally inviting and very comfortable. Very high quality. The property completely exceeded my expectations. In fact, it blew me away in the best possible manner. If I could contact the owners personally, I would thank them for making such a beautiful home available for other people to enjoy. It was a privilege to have been able to experience this home. Thank you to the owners and to 360 Blue for making our stay such a beautiful and memorable experience. 360 Blue made the processes easy.
