If you're familiar with Scenic Hwy 30A, you know it's a step up from crowded Destin and Panama City Beach.
The pictures do not do justice to one of the nicer two bedroom condos on 30A. We want you to have the best vacations ever at a reasonable price. Also, our condo is offered at very competitive, discounted rates. You get a platinum level condo at a bronze level price. Because we offer the best beachfront value, we have continually experienced 90%+ occupancy. Our main goal is your satisfaction. Condo was very well appointed and clean. Owner had lots of beach things and kitchen accessories for us to use. He communicated well from start to finish.Pools are also the nicest I have seen at a beach condo! Clean and water was just the right temperature. Plenty of chairs and good choices of where to sit between sun and shade.Area also has lots nearby without feeling like everything is right on top of you.Highly recommend!

The condo was spacious, clean and decorated beautifully. The balcony is large with comfortable seating. You get a great view of the pools but not a great ocean view. There was some construction noise but I understand that construction is nearly complete. Ken was the best host. Very informative and attentive. The complex had a great pool area with two large pools and many loungers. Pool area could use more umbrellas for shade. Would definitely stay at this condo in the future.

We were very pleased with our stay and Ken was very helpful & easy to work with. The first thing we noticed was how clean every room of the condo was. It was in very good condition & well taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here!

Great Stay!
This is the second time we have stayed in this unit and love it! I like that the condo is an end unit so close to the stairs - making a short walk to your car or the beach/pool.

Perfect stay
We loved every aspect of this condo! The location was extremely convenient. My children loved the pool and the easy access to the beach! We will be back!

July 2025 vacation
The communication from Ken was excellent. The entire process was easy and smooth. The condo had everything you needed to relax and just enjoy your vacation. Easy access to the pool and beach. Would definitely stay again.

The property was very nice. It was very clean, smelled good when we first walked in and was very comfortable. The Dish WiFi network was not great as it did not allow us to connect our WiFi sound system. All in all though, we really enjoyed our stay. The beach, water and weather was absolutely perfect!

Clean, comfortable, convenient
We had a wonderful week with our family of 4! The condo was spacious, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. We really liked that it was so close to the beach and pool and that it was set back from 30A, yet easy to access by a short walk or bike ride.

Great Condo for beach vacation
Great condo with everything you need for a beach vacation. Nice big pool, big deck, easy access to the beach and covered reserved parking were some of our favorites. Appreciate the attention that Ken, the owner/host has made to include all the items that you might need on a vacation.

Great condo
We loved our stay. The condo had everything we needed. The amenities are also perfect for us, quiet beach, gym, tennis and pool. We spent many nights just sitting on the patio watching the kids play below. Perfect vacation.

Beautiful stay
My sister and I stayed at Ken's place last week for our annual beach trip. Ken's condo is a wonderful place to stay. So many necessities were provided which made it such a comfortable stay. Everything worked well, it was clean and quiet with beautiful views, and there is not one negative thing to say about it. Highly recommend staying here!

Beach vacation
This condo was one of the best properties that we have stayed. Very clean and organized. The amenities from the property was great as well. Nice gym, tennis courts and two full size pools and still very short walk to the beach! Would highly recommend staying at this property!

Great Stay
This is my family's second year in a row staying here. We love the condo and very clean facilities! Ken is very good at communicating and has made the process very easy both times. The beach is beautiful with great access from the condo! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time here! Condo was very clean, property and pools were very clean, beach was amazing! Ken was very good with communication and made the whole process go smoothly. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful!
We really enjoyed our condo and our stay at Dunes of Seagrove. The unit was gorgeous and spacious, the pool and pool restrooms were so nice and extremely clean, and the location was perfect! The owners of our unit were attentive and accessible. They had the best communication of any other owners of condo units we have ever stayed at. We cannot wait to go back!

Perfect for Families with Small Kids
Our Condo was beautiful and we could see the ocean perfectly from the master.
It had all the accommodations that we needed. It is a short walk to the pool and the beach.
Ken was so easy to get in touch with for anything at all. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect Stay!
We will definitely be back! It was a perfect trip, perfect location, very clean! Everything worked and was well stocked! The owner could not have been better! Very responsive! I would give more stars if I could!

Perfect for Two to Four
Extra clean. Appeared to have been updated. Very few steps to beach. Umbrella and chair guys were very professional and very helpful. Plenty of restaurants to appease the guest. Most beautiful sand in America. Owner very nice and helpful if needed. Would not hesitate to rent again.

PERFECT
Perfect in every way! Great location and wonderful communication with the owner. Clean, roomy condo with everything you could ask for. Large, comfortable balcony. Easy access to the pool and beach. We loved our stay on 30A!!

Spring break
The property is wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for more. Ken, the property manager/host, is attentive to all the details that set this condo apart. Very easy Beach access, easy parking. We will be back for sure.

I had been visiting Destin for years and always wanted to buy a condo there. However; in 2010, I began going to Seagrove Beach and I knew instantly that this is where I really wanted to be. I love everything about Seagrove Beach. One day I would love to live here full-time. That's why I chose the Dunes of Seagrove. My children and grandkids think this is the greatest place on earth. I agree and we think you will too once you've stayed here.

Location is everything. When we were looking for a condo to purchase, we not only looked at the building and property, we observed the guests and talked to them.
Dunes of Seagrove is a quality, relatively new (2002) condo that was totally renovated in 2026. Seagrove Beach is about half way between Rosemary Beach and Seaside. If you're familiar with 30a you know this is the nicest area of northwest Florida. Seagrove Beach is a little quieter than Destin and a lot less crowded. Everybody bikes here. Biking is a great way to see the area (and people). We love the biking and hiking as much as walking on the pristine beach. Well, almost. Great restaurants and shopping are all around and it's only 20 minutes to Pier Park and 25 minutes to the Destin outlet mall. The new Northwest Florida Beach International Airport is only 35 minutes away.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad
Every morning we sit out on the balcony and drink our coffee while overlooking the pool and the beautiful gulf. Everyone loves the beach and pool and they are only steps away, but Seagrove Beach offers so much more. We love the biking, nature walks, and kayaking almost as much as the pristine beach. Deer Lake Park is adjacent to the condo. In the afternoon we love to watch the sunset over the beach from our balcony. Another plus is that our condo faces south toward the gulf. Therefore, you can watch the sunset from the balcony without the early morning or late afternoon sun glaring directly into your condo.
