Leave the stress behind, and come to Seagrove Beach, FL. Enjoy beautiful white sandy beaches, or lounge by the two-tier, 7500-square-foot pool (heated seasonally). The spacious 1495-square-foot condominium, completed in 2002, can sleep ten persons comfortably.
Newly Renovated. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a twin day bed with trundle in its reading nook which opens onto the spacious balcony. The master bath features a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. The guest room includes a queen sized bed and also opens onto its own private balcony. The front area has been converted into its own bedroom with a double bed and a door for privacy. Other sleeping arrangements include a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.
The Dunes of Seagrove complex offers a variety of amenities including a two-tiered, seasonally heated pool with a hot tub, tennis courts, grilling area, workout room with sauna and steam room, and electric vehicle charging.
Dunes of Seagrove, located off Scenic Highway 30-A, is just minutes away from Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary, and Alys Beach, which feature seasonal concerts, arts festivals, and numerous upscale restaurants. Golfing is just ten minutes away at Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club.

Megan was absolutely wonderful !! The condo is beautiful and very clean. Lots of room and well thought out decor design. Little details make the biggest difference and they thought of it all. Comfortable master bed as well

My family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Megan’s place during our very first trip to Seagrove! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, comfortable, and peaceful everything was. The condo truly felt like a home away from home.The location was perfect, with EASY ACCESS to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. We also enjoyed the pool area, and the ocean view was absolutely beautiful, one of our favorite parts of the stay! The biggest compliments from my family were the master bedroom, the gorgeous master bathroom and shower, and the patio area. Those spaces made our stay feel extra special! One thing that truly stood out was Megan’s communication. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process! Thank you, Megan, for providing such a beautiful place for my family to stay and for helping make our first Seagrove vacation so memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable beach getaway!!!

Perfect place for our group ! Quick walk to beach and pool. Well equipped kitchen and nice size bathrooms and comfortable beds. The view from living area is also wonderful!

Beach front condo
We really enjoyed our stay here. Right on the beach! Great location just off 3The beds were comfortable, and the condo had everything we needed.

A great vacation spot!
Right on the water! The condo was great and just as advertised. We wound highly recommend and will be back for sure! The beach is so close and then there are two pools, hot tub, fitness center with sauna and steam room, tennis and pickleball courts and so muc. More!

The condo smelled freshly clean when we arrived. As a mom with small kids cleanliness is super important to me. Very easy check in process and easy parking too. This is our third time to stay at Dunes of seagrove. This is by far our favorite unit! We will be back. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful location!
Location was perfect. Property was beautiful! The condo was exactly as described and beautiful!. This area is more residential so its limited restaurant/shopping near by. We loved our stay and will return!

July 4th Stay
Overall an enjoyable stay and would likely stay again. Pros: Location; amenities (elevator/luggage carts were very handy); great AC; beach gear available; nice furnishings/well decorated; kitchen amply supplied; extra bedding and blankets provided; quick communication from owner. Cons: Cleanliness- the unit has been remodeled and is very cute but the cleaning crew seems lacking, particularly with laundering bedding/pillows/blankets and sweeping/mopping.

Great fall break spot
Check-in was simple (and we were even able to get in early!), condo was very nice with all the amenities we needed, and location/proximity to beach was great. There were five of us so plenty of room, but it would be snug (esp with only two bathrooms) if you had the max capacity of 10 advertised.

Even better than expected!
This place was even better than the pictures. Very spacious and well equipped. Super close to the beach and walkable to several restaurants/rental shops/ice cream. We went for Spring Break and had a great time.

Beauty and the beach!
Our family enjoyed a wonderful beach week! Excellent location on the quiet side of 30 A. Beautiful, clean and comfortable condo . Easy access to beach! Excellent communications with owner. Hope to return in the future.

Nice condo!
We loved the location of this condo! The layout of it was perfect for our family and it had more room to spread out than some others we have stayed in. It was close to the beach and the umbrella service was nice and easy to use. We would definitely recommend it to families!

Great getaway!
Our family (adults) enjoyed staying at this updated condo! We enjoyed the property amenities (pool, fitness center) as well as the ocean view. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. And just a short walk to the beach!! I highly recommend booking this condo for your next visit to Seagrove!

This property was wonderful! Great access to the beach. The pool was large and not too crowded. The unit was nicely furnished with plenty of space. Balcony was spacious with a partial ocean view.

Great getaway on the beach
Megan thought of all the details! The condo was beautifully decorated and included lots of small touches (baskets for belongings, board games, books, beach chairs). She was orompt tobrespond. The location is on yhe veach

We have always loved vacationing at the gulf with its beautiful white sand beaches and bright blue water. When I found the 30A area, I felt like I had finally found the beach that I was always reading about in books. It is such a pleasant and laid back area where nature truly takes center stage.
