Welcome to Seascape Resort located in Miramar Beach the center of Destin, Florida. As you approach the impressive Ariel Dunes II tower, you think it can't get any better... then you enter our beautiful unit. This awesome Miramar beach condo features new flooring, a master suite with a king-size bed, 55" TV, a glass shower, and garden tub. The nautically-themed spacious 2nd bedroom has its own TV, private bath access, and view of the golf course. You'll also find a bonus room fitted with custom built-in bunk style twin beds, and a well equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living room boasts a 65" TV, over 50 DVDs and Netflix. The spacious balcony overlooks three pools and has incredible sunsets and gulf views all year. We also have an in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer. Did we mention complimentary wireless internet access? Experience the many amenities that Seascape Resort has to offer: golf at your front door, with tennis, pickle ball(free tennis and pickle ball in the resort), access to 8 pools(3 at the building), sauna, fitness center, steam room, the Cabana Cafe', biking, fishing, and the Emerald Coast a short walk from your door. We are only a few hundred yards from the shimmering white sandy shoreline. This 2000 feet of beach provides easy access to the glowing emerald hues water of the gulf. Don't forget to visit us off-season. The Ariel winter is a great season for family get-togethers and shopping. You will not find a better balance of excellence and cost.

Very nice people that own the place not to great of a place to stay

Susan was probably the best owner of a condo I’ve ever stayed at by far ! I should’ve learned my lesson the first time we stayed at this resort . Room was nice but to say it can sleep up to 8 is a stretch . The bunk beds are in the first room soon as you walk in and my two kids burned up the whole time we stayed there . The master bedroom had a bed that had a curtain on top of it that blocked the fan so we burned up in there as well . I had to purchase a fan to stay cool to the owners defense she paid me back for it . I lost 60$ on my deposit because of the arm bands that you have to have for the pool because they were old and dry rotten so they broke on the second day with two of my kids . I was gonna despute it but was afraid of how they would react and would possiblynot give my whole deposit back so I just let it go and chalked it up to it was my own fault for waiting so late for booking . There’s so many high rise condos in this area that the beaches are packed and that also brings with it some questionable people that I would rather not vacation around when I’m paying good money to stay at . Several nights we came in from eating and people would be coming in the elevator and the smell of weed would be so strong it was revolting . There was one night I saw a lady out in the open breast feeding her child in the pool for which I know it’s natural but come on in the pool ? I’m a Trump supporter and I felt threatened a few times by people in the parking lot looking at my bumper sticker so I always had my CC on me . Owners where great !!!! High rise condos just are not for me and never will be ! I

Plus this resort has 2000' of beach front on Miramar Beach and a golf course on the property. All the amenities of the Seascape Resort are at your front door such as golf, on-site restaurant, eight pools, fitness center, bike rentals, tennis, pickle ball, fishing, and more. Our unit has 2 spacious rooms, large balcony, granite counters, walk in shower and bonus bunk room. New floors throughout condo. Located near Destin, Henderson and Grayton State Parks are nearby.
