Overall, the stay was okay, but I was very disappointed with the kitchen. The cookware and kitchen utensils were extremely old and worn out, making it almost impossible to cook meals. If you plan to prepare your own food during your stay, this is something to keep in mind. I hope the host updates the kitchen equipment, as it would make a big difference for future guests.

We had such a great time at this property as it is our second time staying at Alerio Condos. Love the location and the comfort of the condo itself, only recommendation would be a softer mattress in the master suite.

Perfect for vacay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for our family of 6 plus 2 children! It was beautiful and only a short walk to the beach. We used the one of the several grills to steak! Everything was very nice and clean!

Great Week

My family had a great 5 day stay. The condo was very nice and a close easy walk to the beach. Only small negative was that the mattresses are hard which made it difficult to sleep. Also the breakers tripped in a few rooms when using a hair dryer, which I communicated to the owner about. Other than that we had no other issues. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Florida.

Great beach location.

Overall the condo is amazing. They reached out on day of arrival telling me the dryer was broken but that it would be fixed the next day. Didn’t hear from them again until I reached out asking about it, because we needed to wash/dry clothes. They said they were not going to be able to fix the dryer during our stay, but that they would bring us extra/new towels. They didn’t end up bringing those until the night before we left after 5pm. Other than planning on having a washer/dryer and then not the stay was great. Could use a few more basics in the kitchen but overall a good family/friendly stay.

Upon checking in we were informed that the washing machine was broken and unusable during our stay. We were told that a replacement part had been ordered but it never arrived; we stayed there for 7 nights. We were provided with 2 dishwasher tabs for cleaning the dishes, not enough for 6 guests staying 7 nights. Also we were provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom (2 total), single ply, we had to go out and purchase more of course. When I contacted the rental company and complained I was told that in their opinion it was enough. I would tell anyone staying here that you definitely need to be prepared for very noisy neighbors above you, each and every night it sounded like a herd of elephants was throwing a party upstairs. The knives in the butcher block are very dull and need to be replaced. The beds are all rock hard mattresses and they are way too high off the ground making getting in and out of bed quite difficult especially for the grandparents in our group. The air conditioner unit is located in the closet in the first bedroom and was so noisy that we couldn't have our children sleep there. Overall quite an unpleasant stay, zero customer service or response from the staff, you have been warned!
