Mahalo for posting a review! We appreciate your feedback regarding your recent stay. It sounds like our housekeeping team missed the mark on quality control for the dishes. Please know that a quick call to your property manager would have brought housekeeping back to the unit to resolve the issue right away. Additionally, as stated in our FAQs, condiments are not left between guests for hygienic reasons and to prevent spoilage. Most of our units are near convenience stores, and your property manager is always happy to point out local options. We are glad you appreciated the location and the amazing views, and we look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.
