The building is currently undergoing spalling repairs and full exterior painting as part of its ongoing improvement project.
Please be advised: Balcony access for this unit/stack (Phase 4) is expected to be restricted from approximately late February 2027 through April 2027. The estimated timeframe and duration are subject to change, and we cannot guarantee specific work dates.
Please Note:
• Questions or concerns? Please feel free to reach out to us before booking.
• Exact work dates for this stack may not be available until closer to the scheduled timeframe and are subject to change.
• The impact to this unit is currently expected to last approximately 1–3 weeks within the estimated timeframe above.

Ali'i Beach Rentals Include:
-Beach chairs, boogie board, and one cooler
-Bed linens (including one set of linens and one blanket for each bed), bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels
-Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
-Pack-n-Play, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Expectations were met during our 6 night stay (2 adults, 2 kids). Unit is very functional, uncluttered and relatively modern. A/C works very well. Loved hanging out in the unit between outside activities. Good line-up of beach-loaner stuff too. The building/grounds are out of time-capsule of sort, but for those old enough to remember the good-ole-days, it’s a characteristic we enjoyed.

This property was beautiful and everything we needed inside for fun in the sun and water. Boogie boards, beach chairs and more. The kitchen had a coffee pot and toaster (which wasn’t listed on the amenities) but other than that this was a perfect place for our family of 5! Air conditioning was great and the added fans were a plus for each room as well.

We are returning guests, This PH was immaculate, Panoramic views. This place had everything to offer. Convenient location, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, washer and dryer worked very well. Bedrooms were pleasant and most comfortable. And with The Empire Steakhouse on the top of this building it was easy to slip away for a quiet intimate dinner that we . We are coming back for sure. Thank you for all that you did to make this trip most memorable ....Mahalo

Nice property, great location, good amenities on site. Only complaint is that the rental needs a new toaster. Every time it got hot it triggered the GFCI and turned off.

Paradise

Great location, quiet place with a wonderful view. Close to everything, yet felt like we were on the "quieter" end of the beach which was perfect. Lots of space for our family of 4.

Great Pent House With a View

Great location great room

Location is close to restaurants, good shopping and other facilities in hotel. Turtles seen right in the beach. The dishwasher broke during our stay and someone came quickly to fit it for us. Only weird thing is that the two bedrooms have a wall just there is a space where the glass sliding patio door goes that makes the rooms connected. It’s small and does not interfere with privacy just noise.

Fantastic PH Suite with an awesome View !

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was exactly as described. Place was very clean with state of the art bathrooms. View from the Penthouse suite was awesome. Great central location, close to Ala Moana mall, a short distance away with over 350 shops and restaurants. 10 mins away from Central Waikiki beach. Highly recommended.
