We came to Brad’s beach home with our three kids. All five of us had a wonderful time. The home was well equipped for everything our family of 5 needed. The included beach chairs and bikes were a great addition to our trip and made our family logistics much easier. Brad was an attentive and communicative host. We are very gracious for his hospitality.

This was the perfect location for a beach getaway! It felt so private but was so close to so many things. Brad is the most gracious and accommodating host I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. It was impressive how often he communicated and went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The beach itself is better than described. There is plenty of room and we never once felt crowded. The chairs and umbrella were icing on the cake. We will be back again!

We loved the easy access to beach. The beach itself felt very private and low-key. The condo location was convenient for restaurants, shopping, etc. Host was readily available and friendly! Decor was inviting and coastal comfy! Well appointed kitchen, great view, so relaxing and pretty!

Great beach and direct access to the beach from the condo. Great communication with owner. Beach service with chairs and umbrella service was a plus. Beach is private, not crowded, clean, and just beautiful water and sand. Pool is spotless and well maintained. Property is maintained and condo grounds very safe and well kept. Close to delicious restaurants, bikes to use at condo. Family of 7 would love to return.

This property is as advertised. The host ,Brad could not have been more responsive. The beach was wonderful and not crowded and the views are spectacular from both balconies. The kitchen is well stocked. I only wish we had more time. We will return . Convenience , comfort , location all wrapped up in one. Thanks Brad for opening up your place to us. We have fond memories. We have rented a few places in this area but this was the best.

The view was to die for!!!! The beach access was amazing too. You dont need to carry all your belongings down because it's a 30 second walk back. We would go back 10 times over! The host was always in communication for any issues we might have had!

Property was amazing

Best location! Tons of space for our family. Beautiful beach and great amenities. We loved the bikes, beach chairs and perfect view. Brad was amazing to work with. Definitely recommend!

Brad was extremely responsive when we needed him. Condo was in a great location with a wonderful private beach. The chair and umbrella set up in the beach was top notch. Appreciate all that Brad offered with this condo. Highly recommend.

Perfect beach front location

We spent a great week at this property. It is comfortable, and the location can't be beat. The rental process was easy and the owner, Brad, was helpful and a pleasure to work with. We would return again.

Thanks for the great review. It hits on 2 of the big pluses - the townhouse being comfortable and in a great location. 1850 sq. feet is a lot of room for a family to enjoy and have their own space. The very easy access to the beach is also a big plus. You walk right off the family room balcony steps to the steps down to the beach. I look forward to your return. Brad

Everything you need for a vacation!

This condo has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Spacious, wonderfully decorated unit and a great host! Having a private beach just for those staying at these condos also helps keep the crowds down while on the beach! Would highly recommend!!

Incredible unit and week

This property is amazing, from the view to the bedrooms and shower and convenience to restaurants and the ocean. Easily our favorite condo from all others stayed in over the past several years in the area. Can’t wait to go back! Brad the owner is a great communicator.

Perfect!

This was our 13th trip to 30A and I would say this was by far our favorite accommodation. Everything was absolutely perfect and Brad was a fantastic host. We will definitely return!

Amazing sunrises and sunsets!

Our stay at blue tide was delightful. We woke up to the beautiful sunrises, swam in the sandy clear blue ocean all day, and closed our day out with sunsets. There is a beautiful state park a half a mile up the beach, wonderful family friendly places to eat, clean streets and pathways to bike on, and fun towns within a short bike ride!!! We will be returning!!
