We had the best vacation experience ever because of our stay at Blue Tide 5B . Beautiful place , beautiful view of the beach , great location. I highly recommend this place .

Great getaway

Blue Tide 5B was clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked, and great location on 30 A! The beach was private and beautiful. Would definitely recommend!!!

Blue Tide 5B was everything we’d hoped for and needed. It was very clean and the location was great. Beautiful ocean views, sunsets, sunrise reflections, and bike rides made our vacation even more enjoyable. The dolphins put on a grand show almost every day. We had a great vacation! Thank you Tricia! You are a wonderful host!

Tedder Family Vacation 2023

We enjoyed this vacation!! Blue Tide was a fantastic unit, location and low key. Much needed downtime for our family to experience. We will stay here again in the future.

Better than the pictures!

We were more than pleased with the property. It was beautiful and had everything we needed. You cannot beat the location and access to the beach. Also, Tricia is very kind and attentive.

Perfect Location

The private beach area really is private. Everything is provided, the place is beautiful and clean. Lots of stairs, so if you have littles or elderly with you, keep that in mind. Would definitely go back again!

A quiet hidden gem with amazing views of the Emerald coast and a private beach that is just a short bike to the Alys and Rosemary Beach area. You can walk the coastline for miles if you wish. The host has outlined their place very accurately, provides a detailed book for your stay and has wonderful communication. The home was very clean and the kitchen is well stocked and had every amenity we needed to enjoy low key meals in while we enjoyed our beach days. The bikes provided allowed us to enjoy the area both to the east and west of us. With the bike path running along 30A, we used them far more than our rental car for ease of getting around to explore the area. We traveled with two young adults and they also enjoyed the area and biking for coffee in the morning and music at night. If you like to be near busyness but not directly in it, this is a great option to stay at.

We loved everything about this property from the layout, to the location, and the absolutely stunning gulf views. Tricia was easy to work with and everything was exactly as described. Highly recommended! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is a lovely townhouse that is right on the ocean. You can see and hear the waves right from the two balconies! The property was very clean and fresh. All of the furnishings were very comfortable, which was great on the rainy days. Communication was easy and the manager was super responsive and helpful. The location was good and is right on the bike path. We were able to bike to Alys and Rosemary with the provided bikes. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful place

1st time at the 30A area. The Townhouse was beautiful and right on the water! It had everything you needed and Tricia is wonderful to work with. My only negative would be that wished it had been within walking of Restaurants

Ideal beach stay

We enjoyed our stay. The rental meets ever need. Plenty of room for 6 adults. The location is exceptional. Tricia is so attentive to any need or concern. I highly recommend this rental. It also has of beach toys, bikes and beach service included. It’s the best!

Perfect Place

Location and property was perfect for our family of 5. We’ve stayed up and down 30A for years and this was a winner!! Really happy with the property, the view and Tricia is very attentive and very helpful. We would definitely go back! Thanks Tricia!!

Stunning views, beautifully decorated, and so much more!

Highly recommend this place. We've rented other units at Blue Tide over the years but this one far exceeds the others. This place is beautifully decorated but still felt very comfortable. Tricia was wonderful to work with and she provides everything you could possibly need. She is so intentional about everything provided and you truly feel like a welcomed guest in someone's home. We'll for sure be back!
